★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία 2 μπαταρίες sunlight 12v 7ah ,όταν τις παρέλαβα τις άνοιξα και ήταν άλλη μάρκα. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα με ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν τις έχει πλέον αυτές τις μπαταρίες ο προμηθευτής και να κρατήσω αυτές που μου στείλανε. Εννοείται ότι τους είπα ότι δεν τις θέλω να τις επιστρέψω πίσω και να μου επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα. Η απάντηση που μου έδωσαν ήταν ότι θα πρέπει να χρεωθώ εγώ τα μεταφορικά για το λάθος το δικό τους. Εγώ φυσικά τους απάντησα ότι δεν θα πληρώσω τα μεταφορικά, αλλά δεν το δέχτηκαν. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι να έχω προϊόν στην κατοχή που ουδέποτε αγόρασα (Με τα παραπάνω αποδεικνύεται ότι δεν ήταν λάθος αλλά μου έστειλαν άλλο προϊόν επειδή δεν είχαν αυτό που αγόρασα χωρίς φυσικά να με ενημερώσουν).

 I ordered 2 12v 7ah sunlight batteries when I picked them up and it was another brand. I contacted the store informed me that these suppliers no longer have these batteries and keep what they sent me. Of course I told them that I do not want them to come back and return the money. The answer they gave me was that I would have to charge for the mistake of their own. Of course, I replied that I would not pay for it but did not accept it. The result is to have a product in possession that I have never bought. (The above proves that it was not a mistake but they sent me another product because they did not have what I bought without, of course, informing me).

A small shop on the ground floor with a plethora of small electrical appliances of all types and kinds. I think one finds anything relevant. Very good service. Congratulations.

Unacceptable. There is no telephone communication to confirm the order. Just out of place & time with pharmacy prices. Indicatively 1 meter cable cord 2x75 just € 17.40.
