★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συγκεκριμένη εξέταση με κόστος 60 ευρώ που κάλυπτε η ασφάλεια ανέφεραν πως δεν καλύπτεται και μόνο μετά από πιέσεις το αποδέχτηκαν. Σίγουρα λανθασμένη και τουλάχιστον ύποπτη η αρχική ενημέρωση τους. Αλγιεινή εντύπωση επίσης προκάλεσε το γεγονός ότι ενώ δηλώνουν πως ανοίγουν στις 7 το πρωί, μέχρι τις 7 και τέταρτο περίμενα για να αφήσω ούρα χωρίς να έχει έρθει κάποιος,όπως επίσης και το ότι τους κάλεσα εγώ για να με ενημερώσουν πως είναι έτοιμα τα αποτελέσματα, ενώ υποτίθεται θα με ενημέρωναν. Πιο φτηνοί σε σχέση με άλλα εργαστήρια, χρειάζονται όμως αρκετή βελτίωση στην εξυπηρέτηση.
They stated that a specific examination at a cost of 60 euros covered by the insurance was not covered and only after pressure did they accept it. Definitely wrong and at least suspicious their initial information. I was also impressed by the fact that while they say that they open at 7 in the morning, until 7 and a quarter I waited to urinate without anyone coming, as well as the fact that I called them to inform me that the results are ready, while they were supposed to inform me. Cheaper than other laboratories, but they need a lot of improvement in service.
