★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράσαμε ένα φωτιστικό και μια λεντοταινία, υπήρχε ένα θέμα μεγάλης καθυστέρησης στη παράδοση λόγο θέματος ΕΛΤΑ αλλά υπήρξε άμεση ανταπόκριση από το κατάστημα μόλις έθεσα το θέμα για να εξυπηρετήσει. Ότι απορίες χρειάστηκα μετά την αγορά τόσο μέσω τηλεφώνου καθώς και μέσω e-mail η επικοινωνία ήταν εύκολη και γρήγορη και πάντοτε με ευγένεια και πρόθεση για εξυπηρέτηση.
Οι τιμές τους είναι πολύ ανταγωνιστικές, η ιστοσελίδα τους και η διαδικασία παραγγελίας είναι σε πολύ καλά επίπεδα, και τα προϊόντα που παραλάβαμε ήταν ακριβώς αυτά που είδαμε και θέλαμε !
Στα δύσκολα φαίνονται τα καταστήματα και το συγκεκριμένο, μέσα στο πρόβλημα παράδοσης, στάθηκε αντάξιο ενός σωστού καταστήματος.
We bought a lamp and a tape, there was an issue of long delay in delivery due to ELTA issue but there was an immediate response from the store as soon as I raised the issue to serve. Any questions I needed after the purchase, both by phone and e-mail, the communication was easy and fast and always with courtesy and intention to serve.
Their prices are very competitive, their website and ordering process are at very good levels, and the products we received were exactly what we saw and wanted!
The shops look difficult and this, in the problem of delivery, was worthy of a proper store.
