Στην τελευταία παραγγελία μου, μου έστειλαν διαφορετικό κωδικό από αυτόν που είχα παραγγείλει, επειδή αυτό που ήθελα είχε εξαντληθεί. Δεν με ενημέρωσαν ότι το προϊόν δεν ήταν πλέον διαθέσιμο, αλλά έστειλαν εκείνοι κάποιο άλλο παρόμοιο, το οποίο ήταν πιο οικονομικό, χρεώνοντάς μου όμως, την τιμή εκείνου που είχα παραγγείλει, το οποίο ήταν πιο ακριβό. Όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο για να τους πω ότι μου έστειλαν λάθος προϊόν και να ρωτήσω για την διαθεσιμότητα του προϊόντος που με ενδιέφερε, δεν σκόπευα να πω κάτι για την διαφορά στην τιμή, γιατί ήταν μικρό το ποσό. Όμως, και να ήθελα να πω κάτι, δεν πρόλαβα, διότι μου πέταξαν ένα ξερό "δεν είναι διαθέσιμο" και μου έκλεισαν το τηλέφωνο στη μούρη. Έχω κι εγώ κατάστημα, αλλά ενημερώνω πάντα τους πελάτες μου όταν αυτό που επιθυμούν έχει εξαντληθεί. Δεν τους στέλνω αυτό που θέλω να διώξω χρεώνοντας τους άλλη τιμή, όσο μικρή κι αν είναι η διαφορά. Διοτι μπορει να χρειάζονται ΑΥΤΟ ΑΚΡΙΒΩΣ που έχουν παραγγείλει και ΟΧΙ ΚΑΤΙ ΠΑΡΟΜΟΙΟ. Nice products but unacceptable service from the eshop. When I got on the phone to tell them that they had sent me the wrong product and to ask about the availability of the product I was interested in, I did not intend to say anything about the price difference, because the amount was small. However, even if I wanted to say something, I did not catch it, because they threw a dry "not available" at me and hung up the phone. I also have a store, but I always inform my customers when what they want is exhausted. I do not send them what I want to chase away by charging them another price, no matter how small the difference. Because they may need EXACTLY what they have ordered and NOT SOMETHING LIKE.
