Καθαριότητα καθημερινή και καλό πρωϊνό.Το προσωπικό ευχάριστο. Αν χρειαστεί κάποιος εξοπλισμό σκι, παρέχεται δωρεάν, γιατί διαθέτουν και κατάστημα sports. The rooms are perfect! Warm atmosphere, you sit comfortably without getting bored. Cleaning daily and good breakfast. The staff is pleasant. If you need ski equipment, it is provided free of charge, because they also have a sports shop.
S	Sofia Rista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα, και η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, σχεδον δυο βήματα απο την πλατεία, ομως αυτο που μας κέρδισε και σίγουρα θα ξαναρθουμε είναι η ευγένεια, η εξυπηρέτηση, και η πραγματική φιλοξενία από όλο το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου, Αλλά και η υπευθυνότητα που δείχνουν στην τήρηση των μέτρων προστασίας κατά της πανδημίας. Ό,τι και να πω ειναι λίγο! Με όλες αυτές τις δύσκολες καταστάσεις που ζούμε, καταφέρατε να μας χαρίσετε την καλύτερη πρωτοχρονιά! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! The rooms are spotless, and the location very good, almost two steps from the square, but what won us over and we will definitely come back is the courtesy, the service, and the real hospitality from all the hotel staff, But also the responsibility they show compliance with pandemic protection measures. Whatever I say is a little! With all these difficult situations we live in, you managed to give us the best New Year! Thank you!
M	Michail Boukouvalas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όμορφο, πετρόχτιστο ξενοδοχείο, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία (δίπλα ακριβώς από την πλατεία του χωριού) και με ιδιόκτητο parking. Τα δωμάτια προσεγμένα και καθαρά, με όλα τα απαραίτητα αναλώσιμα. Το πρωινό επίσης πολύ καλό! Τέλος, οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί! Μάλιστα φεύγοντας, λόγω της έντονης χιονόπτωσης των προηγούμενων ημερών, μας βοήθησαν με την τοποθέτηση των αλυσίδων και την έξοδό μας από το χωριό. Βασίλη ευχαριστώ πολύ για την βοήθεια!! Σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμήσουμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα! Beautiful, stone hotel, in a very good location (right next to the village square) and with private parking. The rooms are neat and clean, with all the necessary consumables. Breakfast also very good! Finally, the owners are very hospitable and helpful! In fact, leaving, due to the heavy snowfall of the previous days, they helped us with the installation of the chains and our exit from the village. Vassilis thank you very much for the help !! We will definitely prefer this accommodation again!
N	Natasa Anto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έγινε διαμονή στο ξενοδοχείο γιατί το έκλεισα τηλεφωνικά και την επόμενη μέρα που πήρα τηλ να επιβεβαιώσω την πληρωμή κάτι έγινε και είχε δοθεί το δωμάτιο που φαινόταν διαθέσιμο στο booking σε κάποιους που το έκλεισαν μέσω booking μετά από εμάς. Μακάρι όταν ρώτησα αν θα πρέπει να το κλείσω μέσω booking ή τηλεφωνικά να το είχα κλείσει μέσω booking! Παρολαυτα μας εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα βρίσκοντας μας διαμονή σε ένα άλλο κοντινό συγκρότημα όπου και μείνανε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι! Επίσης μας παρείχαν πρωινό στο δικό τους ξενοδοχείο γιατί σε αυτό που μας έκλεισαν δεν παρείχαν φέτος πρωινό. Μέσα το ξενοδοχείο στους χώρους που είδαμε( υποδοχή τραπεζαρία ) ήταν πολύ ωραίο και ο ιδιοκτήτης μας ζήτησε συγνώμη για το οποίο λάθος έγινε. Οπότε τα 3 αστέρια αφορούν την εξυπηρέτηση και το πρωινό και επιφυλλάσομαι και ελπίζω να τους ξαναεπισκεφτώ για έχω άποψη και για τη διαμονή! There was no accommodation at the hotel because I booked it by phone and the next day when I got on the phone to confirm the payment something happened and the room that seemed available for booking was given to some who booked it through booking after us. I wish I had asked if I should have booked it or booked it by phone! Nevertheless, they served us immediately, finding us accommodation in another nearby complex where they were very happy! They also provided us with breakfast at their own hotel because in what they booked they did not provide us with breakfast this year. Inside the hotel the places we saw (dining room reception) was very nice and the owner apologized for the mistake. So the 3 stars are for service and breakfast and I reserve and hope to visit them again for my opinion and for the stay!
