C	Chris Dyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Hotel in a Beutiful Location literally right on the beach. Staff are very attentive and try to make your stay very special although the evening dining experience could benefit with just a bit more thought into the menu, however their are plenty of restaurants within a 5 - 20 minute walk to satisfy all. If you are partial to a Gin and Tonic in the evening ask George ( sorry not sure of the Greek spelling) to make this for you as his little twist on a G & T is quite sublime. We stayed here for a week and had a really memorable time and will definately look to returning.

A	Alon Shamai Pupkin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is clean yet very simple, almost basic , so value for money we could find something better. Team was very helpful and willing to assist. The biggest problem is the beach it's windy and we would rank it 2 out of 5 , a week at this hotel is way to much. Nice pool.. yet no one come to Crete to spend his time in a pool. Unfortunately not an overall good enough experience so we will not be coming back.

Always excellent Simpson service currently primarily from Klaudia and others. The new bar staff are settling in well, with a high standard to meet!
D	David Compart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for coffee and breakfast and was rudely greeted by the waitress. Waitress then came back to our table without menus and snarked when we asked for them. After waiting 10 minutes for her to come back we left. Edit: We watched the waitress roll her eyes, shake her head and walked away. Instead of serving us coffee she went and cleaned tables on the far side of the tent despite having plenty of clean seating in the front. The problem ultimately wasn't the wait, it was the attitude.
G	Gail Goddard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't stay at the hotel but used their facilities and had a meal. All was very nice, clean and food delicious. Beach was good with free sunbeds and cabanas. Need your own transport.
