We are talking about one of my worst experiences in the field of service I went to the store after a theft that happened to my car and after the person in charge told me in the phone call that we had that he had the spare part. So I leave my car and return after almost three hours. Looking at the window I see some bright white marks in the middle. I did not immediately realize that it was scratches, in fact, teasing it with one fingernail, it left. I say it does not matter that they did not clean it since I will take the car for washing. But after washing I look that the marks were not gone and I find by putting my fingernail on it that it was scratched in various places, they were not marks as I initially thought from a marker or some sticker as I had assumed. In fact, if you looked at it and it was written sideways with a marker on the glass (it had not gone well) the brand skoda octavia. Obviously it would be a used thing that would not bother me at all if it was not scratched and we are not talking about a couple of scratches unfortunately. I get a phone call to go and change them, wasting another two and a half hours, I go and wait without bothering and I did not even call anyone. At some point after about two hours and the glass comes. At that moment, without any evil thoughts, I went to my car to get my phone charged. At some point, the one who was installing the glass comes back and tells me with a weft, please go to the waiting room, it is forbidden here. I answer that I do not intend to sit and check him and I did not do it even in the morning when I was missing for three hours but it would be good to tell him to do his job properly and not to bother the client unfairly. He replies that I put what they bring me and do you want to wait for me to finish the other car I had before you? Here are the indirect threats, that is, they did me a favor by repairing my car immediately (in 2 hours or so) !!!!!!!! In other words, according to the technician, if the glass was cut in half, he would put it on me because they just brought it to him? I consider the whole behavior of the company and I do not care if the store is franchised or belongs to the company that probably belongs to the company, I consider it UNACCEPTABLE, very forgivingly UNACCEPTABLE. Nobody had the guts to apologize even for a formal apology for my inconvenience that I lost all day without working because the car is a taxi. Not only do I not want to step into this company again but today I was looking to find an insurance company that does not have a partnership with Glassdrive so much I was disappointed I am sorry. And I forgot the second time the famous craftsman who went to put my glass found with his screwdriver that there were still a few broken glasses and put the broom back to suck them we are talking about perfect professional work and very professional behavior.
