The hotel is very cozy. We stayed for two weeks with my partner and we loved it. This is a place to sit back and relax. All in, a very clean hotel with spacious areas and lovely pools. We loved the whirlpool during the day. The staff is always there, very attentive and smiling. The views are wonderful. There are a lot of choices at the restaurant, we loved the tzatziki and the eggplants! Everything is very tasteful. The location is perfect to explore Sithonia. We totally recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a relaxing break. Truly a hidden gem!

Overpriced mediocrity The review is for a standard room but I can guess most of the points will stay relevant despite the room type. Pros: - Cleaning. Every day with full service (mopping, bed sheets, etc.). - Pool & bar. Nice exterior design. Neutral: - Location. It's in the middle of literally nowhere. The nearest spot with bars and restaurants is 20 minutes down the road on foot. There is absolutely nothing to do without a car. For us the location was a plus due to it laying in the middle of different destinations but if you plan to move around the country this may be an issue as there is no public transport available near the hotel. Cons: - False advertisment. Check out the pictures of a double standard room and then see the real photos. The room we were given is far from "stylishly decorated", it's more of a Spartan design. One of the worst principles a hotel can employ is to photoshop the photos of rooms, and even though almost every hotel does this these days, this one outshines most. - Comfort. There is simply none: no soundproofing, leaking bathroom, there wasn't even a lamp or any piece of decoration that could create at least a remote feeling of home-like living. I don't expect anything fancy from a hotel, at minimum a nice sleep and a shower; instead I would wake up from a guy cleaning his nose next door (open bathroom vents for both rooms side to side in a narrow corridor) and spend 15 minutes each night mopping the floor. There isn't a shower holder either, so hold to it yourself for 20 minutes. Also, this was the first hotel I've ever seen that provided guests with plastic cups for toothbrushes. Was that a joke I didn't get? I've seen (and partially heard) other standard rooms as well, all the same thing. - The reception and staff. The lady at the reception was simply rude. If you think rolling your eyes at guests' complaints is okay, you probably don't belong in hospitality. Also, when your personal dislike for clients kicks in, you still need to tend to their problems which were addressed only when management intervened. Additionally, most employees hardly speak English, primarily technicians and kitchen staff (as well as the night receptionist who also doesn't know much about the hotel) which leads to various problems. For instance, it took them three notices to fix the broken safe (and to realize the problem wasn't batteries) as the alternative was to change the room which we didn't want. - Food, it's okay and closer to neutral but I don't understand how you can have a poor selection of vegetables and bland fruits around the mediterranean. It's not hard to find a ripe watermelon in Greece but here we are. Overall, the food is just that, serviceable but nothing more, with very little variety. No fresh juices either, which was a real let down. As a summary, I don't understand what I've paid more than a grand for for 10 days. From "native experience" there is only bad soundproofing, I can honestly say the worst I've seen. It's nice that you've decorated the hall, and the pool, and the bar, but it's just tragic that there is no shower holders, or proper showers in the first place (that don't leak), or even primitive room decorations like bed lamps. It's cool that you can eat as much as you want, but what's the point if it's just to fill the belly? I'd rather have a two course serving with a proper meal each instead of bland served all inclusive. From what I see with the fancy web site and the general exterior appeal (compare the hall with room photos), the main focus is to lure guests in and hope they'll stay just not to ruin their vacations with additional stress of relocation. I've seen their responses to fair criticism on different media, including booking, and honestly those were not the responses of a respectable place working in hospitality. This hotel is not terrible by any means, it's just a mediocre hotel charged at a price that doesn't fit the provided quality.

Perfect vacation for a family with kids, aswell as for those without kids. The place is clean and beautifully arranged, palms and flowers around the pool, olive trees in the garden and a playground for kids. The food is clean, tasty and plenty. The staff is friendly and attentive, rooms are not very large but are not small also. The only downside is that the beach is a bit far. And by far I mean 2 minutes walk and 20 stairs descend. For those with weak knees, there is a pool in the facility. Overall a pleasant experience, I highly recommend and we will definitely return! ✌

Hotel with a special architecture, beautiful sea view, quite close to the beach, very fresh and tasty food (but there are no soups at all on the menu), clean rooms but need small furniture upgrades and bathroom repairs. Friendly staff, small beach but with fine sand, sunbeds on the beach for rent for 5 euros a day, also, a small update would be necessary here as well. Overall, a beautiful, relaxing holiday, a very good value for money.

We stayed from 9 to 16 September and we were very happy about it! We had a comfortable room with sea view. The hotel has a beautiful calm beach where you can relax and also a swimming pool where you can enjoy drinks and chill. The food is tasty and home made, the staff is very friendly, they made us feel at home! A lovely corner where you can recharge. We will be back for sure. Cheers to Petros, the Glavas family and their staff!

We had a double room with a sea view. The room is large enough and the view is wow!!! We could stay there the whole day. The pool area is just amazing with modern atmosphere and laid back environment. The restaurant has beautiful views during the sunset again-wow!! The staff is very attentive and happy. We totally recommend this small hotel, don’t spend time reading negative reviews!!! Definitely more than a 3* hotel!!

Just got back from this beautiful place what can I say few tips the lift you need to pull on the bridge, it doesnt open on it's own there is a big hill but they do come pick your cases up in a van which is helpful this place is heaven me and my mum stayed for a week the food was lovely and we went to the private beach every day it was worth the 5 euros charge daily they have a little shop inside the hotel because there isnt much about ide say its more of an adult's relaxation place rather than a place for children in my personal opinion there is very little for children to do here staff were very friendly and they had 2 friendly dogs the views are breath taking we didnt want to leave if there is 1 thing ide change would be cushions on the beds there were a little hard but that just my preference we will 1000% be back thank you for a really lovely stay x

Only problem is the apartments are up a steep hill. If you aren't fit and healthy, not the place for you. Oh and all inclusive isn't All inclusive. Please read up on reviews. But overall a stunning hotel.
