Ένας επαγγελματίας που αγαπά τη δουλειά του και συμπεριφέρεται στις 12 το βράδυ και μετά από πολύωρη εργασία, λες και πρόκειται για τον 1ο και μοναδικό πελάτη της ημέρας. Εξηγεί τον τρόπο παρασκευής των προϊόντων του, καθοδηγεί, προτείνει και χαίρεται με τους χαρούμενους πελάτες του χωρίς υπερβολή. Για τα προιοντα του τι να πεις; Μπακλαβάς με αμύγδαλο ή καρύδι, που συγκρίνεται μόνο με το γνωστό παρασκευαστηριο στο Πέραν. Χειροποίητο παγωτό από βουβαλισιο γαλα, σπιτικές μαρμελάδες και ιδιαίτερες και πρωτότυπες σος για φαγητά. Δεν είναι τυχαίο ότι ένα μαγαζάκι 10m2 συμμετέχει με επιτυχία σε εκθέσεις του εξωτερικού και εξάγει σε πολλές χώρες τα προϊόντα του. Γιώργο "μεγάλη μας τιμή" όπως λες χαρακτηριστικά! Φαίνεται ότι αγαπούν αυτό που κάνουν, τόσο από το γευστικό αποτέλεσμα όσο κι από τον χρόνο που αφιερώνουν για να σε ενημερώσουν για τα προϊόντα τους, πάντοτε με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο!
