★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless! Called for an update and got through to a call centre in India. Gave them my details and all they did was check the website which is accessible to myself. They could offer no further information on how long or where my passport is, they had a contact number for the GVCW where they may actually be an update but they refused to call or share this number. When asking to speak to a more experienced staff member, i was told that they are “busy with clients”. Ive been told by the consulate that the visa has been approved and i should contact the GVCW but they are still unable to provide any more info and have told me its with the consulate. Time to cancel the holiday and burn more money!
