Got exactly what we ordered online. Car was in great condition. Owners Stella and Tasos were super helpful and accommodating. We highly. Recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We hired a car in Igoumenista for 5 days to explore Lefkada. I would highly recommend this company over the more expensive chains that are available in the area. The car was excellent and the customer service was superb. When we arrived they started the car and put on the air conditioning so it was cool when we got in and also loaded our luggage into the boot. Thanks for your help

Scammers are hiding behind the mask of good people Representatives of this organization are deceiving and do not fulfill their obligations to the client. At the end of June this year, we took a car here for two weeks. They assured us that insurance was included in the price. After the expiration date, we returned the car with a small scratch, which was not there. They told us that for a small scratch you have to pay 300 euros! And that this is not included in the insurance. They named this amount without any documentary grounds, simply calling their friend and talking to him in Greek. They did not provide any documents. Moreover, after I said that I can pay with a credit card only, they replied that they could not carry out such an operation and would write in payment details that I took another car from them (which I did not do). Apparently, this is not legal. I did not have time then to call the police to put them in their place and I took a receipt from them (attached). By it next day, namely on Monday 12.07, they undertake to provide an invoice, otherwise, they will return the money to me. On Monday, there was no invoice, for a request to return the money to me according to the agreement - I was simply ignored! The next day, Tuesday 13.07, they presented me with some handwritten paper in Greek, which cannot be considered proof, and stopped answering me. I was simply deceived! I strongly advise against dealing with this organization. And in case of disputable situations, do not be afraid to defend your rights. Greece has a very large representation of car sharing, so you won't be left without a car.

Instead of accepting our constructive criticism, and thinking about how to improve the service in such situations (to warn about such moments in advance or give a price list for breakdowns), you are trying to accuse us as unscrupulous customers. At what points did we falsify the review? We have attached a photo of the document, the duties that are spelled out in it were not fulfilled on your part, and you did not return the money. In your review, you are trying to accuse us, but there is nothing to accuse us of. And it is very mean and arrogant of you to "forgive us". Don't try to pretend to be angels. Let people read your and our comments themselves and draw conclusions about how you feel about customers, who pay you money.

All went well, good communication from the beginning. Decent small car with no problems and an excellent price for one week. Thanks Stella, I appreciate all your help.

I cannot recommend GoCar highly enough. I would give them 10 stars if possible. The staff in the office when I first asked about renting a car were helpful and pleasant. The car was in very good condition. But what really makes a company stand out is how they cope when something goes wrong - and GoCar excelled themselves by being able to react extremely helpfully when I was unable to return the car at the end of the agreed rental period due to illness and had to alter my travel plans
