Арендовали в сентябре 2017 на 8 дней а/м Форд Фиеста в отличном состоянии. Отдыхали в соседнем населенном пункте, в 6 км. Хозяева - замечательные отзывчивые люди. Сами а/м пригнали и после сдачи отвезли нас обратно. Кстати, хозяйка прилично говорит по русски, а хозяин - осваивает )))

Jestem bardzo zadowolony, kontakt z właścicielem super, dobrze mówi po polsku. Najważniejsze, że brak dodatkowych kosztów jeśli chodzi o kaucję czy inne opłaty. Płacisz z góry za okres na który wynajmujesz i nic innego Cię nie interesuje. Polecam!

На майские праздники 8.05-11.05.19 арендовали машину. Выбрали Ситроен С4 на трое суток акпп. Машина неплохая, понравилась. На второй день заскрипели тормоза и мистер Сакис без проблем поменял её на Пежо. Ещё и повез нас вечером на смотровую площадку залить стресс с напитками собственного приготовления)) Привозят и отвозят в отель. Дружественный сервис, очень рекомендую, ни разу не пожалел

Very friendly and helpful owners and a stuff. We rent a car and everything gone smoothly. Cars in good condition, super clean etc. In souvenirs shop lot of goods. Almost everything you can imagine to get home from the trip as souvenir can find there. Super. Ευχαριστούμε (Thank you)!

There were few problems: technical and awful service. We rented Peugeot 108 with automatic transmission. The car was new and seems ok. There are 2 owners - guy and woman Petia. We get agree with woman to rent the car and, she promised that car will be delivered to hotel we stayed (it was declared at the advertisement also). The guy who was bringing the car was trying to call me late in the night and asked to go with him and bring the car from his office. I refused and he was angry. After he came he forgot to bring child seat and started again bargaining. Asked me again to go with him at night to his office. The problem with the car. As soon as we started and went to the gas station, in the car began smelling gasoline very very strong. We cannot breath it, we were afraid about child. Called to the owner. He was joking that the gas is nice smell, he liked it when he was a child. I asked him what to do. After waiting more than 1 hour the smell was still awful and we come back from our trip (in the middle of our way). We wasted half of the day of our rest, got headache because of this gasoline smell. When we came back we asked to change the car to appropriate one or give back the money, as far as we rented for 5 days. The owner came to our hotel and started screaming. He never knew the word “service”. After he told that he would not change the car because do not have same one. Only he can give us back money for 4 days instead of 5. The car was not proper, he agreed that it was smelling gasoline. But in the middle of the day he told that the day is gone, car is not to be changed. The owner was screaming, my child was crying. This is very very awful car rent service. After he offered changing the car to higher class with paying extra for this change. We didn’t agree for that, we wanted our money back just to take the car in another shop. But he refused to give back the money. The owner loves money too much. We decided to not keep the conflict and agreed for paying extra and get higher class auto. In fact, it was lower class. This car was C4 Citroen. With broken safety. The computer announce airbag system broken. Also, there was broken lights and cables were in cabin. The owner also took 40€ as a safety payment and when I was giving back the car was looking to the scratches very carefully. I suppose that insurance is not working at his shop, and the owner is trying to not give back your deposit payment as soon as you get any small scratch. Not recommended

The worst car rental office! Due to low tourist season the office was all day closed and the only way we could communicate with the owners was to call them (if they would answer). Overestimated prices and the owners are so rude. We told them a month ago we would like to stay up to the mountain and we will need a powerful car. Instead they gave us the weakest with a lot of problems (weak clutch and the change of gears, never done services, problems to sound system, even in a gas station they told us we have a problem with levels in the tank ect). We have agreed with the woman owner to give it back with half petrol (and she took extra 15€ as guarantee if we would return it with no petrol),instead we returned it full and with the same rationality we asked to keep less money cause we gave them 25 liters for free. They denied and they sent another lady to take the car back saying she has no change to give us. They were late too the last day and to the phone they said they forgot it by making humor of it as we were leaving and we had planned half hour later our train! Also never had a receipt or anything to approve that we rented a car! Owners just love money so much and don't think about customer's services and their "business" if you can call it like that.. Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior! Not recommended. PS. I saw also a bad comment in this car rental "company" and your hating comment that it tries to offend your customers and not to improve your office so that makes you faint-hearted and reveals a lot of your character. So no offence. No need to bother to answer and poisoned yourself,I just described my experience!

Everything went well, the car drove well. The gas was full when we picked it up, the tires in good shape(looked quite new). The car had some scratches on the inside and outside but it was not too bad. The price was normal All in all it was a good choice renting a car here.

A strange place. I visited it on first day of my vacation. I wanted to see the pricelist to know how much I would pay depending on the length of the rental period. It seemed natural for me that I would like to know the prices BEFORE actually deciding on what car, when and for how long I would want. I was very surpised when I learned that at this car rental company I am not allowed to know the picelist. The lady there told me that first I have to decide exactly what I want and only then she would tell me the price. I considered it strange but thought that maybe that's how it works there so I asked her first for some small car for 2 days. She answered and gave me the price. Then I asked her how many days are required to get lower price. She answered that she would not talk with me this way and I should make up my mind first because she cannot speak with someone who doesn't know what he wants. I left the place and checked the company on the other side of the street. Guess what! The guy there just showed me the pricelist! Printed on paper. He politely answered all my questions and explained everything. Without any "make up your mind before you speak to me". Finally I got the car from different company which had better prices for long-term rental. They also had a clear pricelist, allowed their customers to see it and politely answered any questions asked.
