Really enjoyed our 14 day stay here, rooms cleaned every day by a very cheerful cleaner. Food was amazing covering all tastes (Not a chicken nugget in sight ? thankfully. A lot of Greek dishes. While in Greece ?? you know the rest… Really well positioned for adventuring out and about. Paxos a boat trip not to be missed and many more. Totally recommend this hotel and ALL the staff who work there they were all amazing.

On holiday here and it's perfect, before we arrived I read some terrible reviews but honestly it's lovely and the staff are so kind and helpful

Needs a total update, some areas have had cosmetic work but most are tatty and grubby. Food was not good or warm. Will not be back.

Great hotel. Nice service. Very good food. Close to Corfu town. Nice, well-kept rooms cleaned every day. The hotel looks much better in the aftermath. Despite the high season, you can easily rent a car in the hotel. I recommend

We had a lovely welcoming from Katarina at reception who welcomed us with smiles, organised a tour for us around Corfu, helping with switching our rooms to sea facing one and also gave us some tea and coffee for the room. On the last day we had a special request for dinner and she made that possible by asking the chef. Marlena and Euginea at the bar was always friendly and welcoming. Giota was very helpful when it came to vegetarian food. All the staff are always going above and beyond to help the stay make comfortable and enjoyable.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel and wow what a holiday me and my partner had. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond nothing is to much trouble for them we asked to move rooms to a sea view and without any hesitation they moved us they work so hard and are so friendly. The first room we had was a little dated but we was very happy with the 2nd room and wow what an amazing view we had there was a lot of food choice food was ok for the price you pay to stay at this hotel its definitely worth it not sure why people are writing bad reviews you get what you pay for Would definitely recommend hiring a quad bike to get around town we hired one for 2 days and see so much of corfu What an amazing place we also hired a speed boat for 2 hours no licence needed great experience. There is a lovely little town if you want to eat out you will need to get the bus or taxi but so worth it. Would definitely go back to this hotel. Have just returned after a 6 day all inclusive break and I can honestly say that for what little money it cost, I could not have received a better experience. I was somewhat intruiged upon arrival after some of the comments I had read prior but after my experience I can say with complete conviction that the negative reviews I have read thus far hold no grounds. In fact I'd go as far as saying that the negative reviews are probably based largely on people who expect to be treated like royalty and think that they are the most important people in the world. I'm not saying the holiday was perfect, but from my experience everything that matters to me was spot on. I happily give this hotel a genuine 4 out of 5 stars. In fact I struggle to understand just how they made any money out of my visit as everything I needed was provided for. Staff are exceptional, from the moment I walked in to the time I checked out. Bar and restaurant staff are polite, cheerful and attentive as we're the reception staff and the cleaners. Be respectful and learn aittke bit of their language, doesn't matter if you pronounce it correctly or not, it will go a long way and may even spark up a conversation. I would love to visit this hotel again oh and btw, it was also very clean.....impressively clean. Personally my main negative experience of this holiday we're some of the other guests who were loud and obnoxious but that's not a problem with the hotel. It was also nice to go on an all inclusive break and not have entertainment, just some decent music provided at the pool and the bar - I loved not having to be part of karaoke or bingo or some cringe worthy singer. We were put in this hotel due to our flight being cancelled by Tui. The staff were OK the food was OK but the room was shocking. 2 bedrooms and in 1 the wire's were hanging down out of the air con that sounded like a tank coming in your room. The beds were like slabs of concrete. The little fridge on the floor when we opened it had thick black hair in it the bathroom had a shower in a bath but the bracket was too high and did not let you attach the shower head. The plug hole in the bath was full of gunk and hair and the sink was lose. The pool area was quite nice and were serving snacks which were OK. The soft drinks tasted watered down but what more can I expect for free when delayed by over 30 hours.
