★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fost o experiența trista, dezamăgitoare! Am fost întâmpinați la hotel cu un pachet de obligații (va faceți singuri curat, va duceți gunoiul, nu primiți prosoape, nu vi se schimba așternutul, va cumpărați hârtie igienica și plătiți 5 euro/zi aerul condiționat). Cu alte cuvinte, tabară!! Am ratat concediul mulțumită și agenției Marrom Travel Cluj care nu sa deranjat sa ne înștiințeze de aceste lucruri!!
 It was a sad, disappointing experience! We were greeted at the hotel with a package of obligations (you clean yourself, take the garbage, do not receive towels, do not change the bedding, buy toilet paper and pay 5 euros / day air conditioning). In other words, camp !! I missed the leave thanks also to the agency Marrom Travel Cluj who did not bother to notify us of these things !!

In primul rand , la “4 stele “ sau cat zic ei ca au trebuie sa iti dea prosoape feon plus aer conditionat pe gratis
Ei bine nu , aici 5€ la aer conditionat pe zi ; prosoape de acasa ; decat o rola de hartie igienica (daca se termina trebuie sa iti cumperi tu )
Mai au si pretentia de a duce noi gunoiul si de a lasa curat in camera in fiecare zi !!!!
Personalul nu are absolut nicio treaba cu tine
Camera in sine este mica si baia la fel
Singurul lucru ok a fost ca am avut wifi

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. DO NOT COME HERE !!!
First of all, at "4 stars" or whatever they say they have to give you hair towels plus air conditioning for free
Well no, here 5 € for air conditioning per day; home towels; than a roll of toilet paper (if it ends you have to buy it yourself)
They also claim to take the garbage and leave it clean in the room every day !!!!
The staff has absolutely nothing to do with you
The room itself is small and so is the bathroom
The only thing ok was that I had wifi
Otherwise pathetic
I do not recommend at all
