★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great resort with a marvelous view that you can enjoy while swimming in your private pool. The accomodation is new and you can tell by the inner design that they have put some thought to it. Really loved it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cockroaches and ginormous centipedes! Stayed 2019 .... AVOID! Other than that interior is nice , exterior is noisy, no privacy and many broken things inside - needs work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is truly spectacular. Skiathos is so famous but if you want privacy and relaxation this place is where you find it. The service is truly next level, nothing is too much for their team. If you want to stay in a luxurious villa in Skiathos I would recommend Golden King Villas highly enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very nice surprise that everything was exactly as on the photos even better. The villa was very comfortable with nice and stylish furniture - brand new. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for the best vacation. Nice beaches closed to it. And except this the owners were very kind and ready to help and assist you with everything you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been there end of June this year. From our perspective this must have been a really beautiful accommodation. Unfortunately the owners are now only trying to get money out of it.
They replaced all toilet lids as you could see the remains of previous guests. Cleanliness is overall an issue!
All of the furniture and utensils are old and cheap. Most things are from Ikea. The umbrella on the terrace has several rips and is dirty... I could continue with this list!
Be aware that right in front of the complex is one of the main roads of the island so you can expect that you will hear some noise.
This is definitely a house to avoid!

it is a basic furnished appertment with no office in the premises.
it needs deep cleaning and new furniture in the living area and kitchen items
