He was very kind and helpful and he bought 5 bottles of water for me and my whole family. While he was driving, he informed us about the town, its citizens and the way they live. He suggested us a lot of places to visit and he offered us to do an excursion either in Athens or outside of town. We chose to do a 2-days-tour in Delphi and Meteora. The scenery was extremely beautiful and we really enjoy Lazarus' company. He ensured that we will have our meals in great restaurants and of course he gave us a lot of information about the history of these places. We fully recommend to have an excursion with him, because he has a magic way to make you feel comfortable. P.S : He drives so calm that sometimes he will force you to fell asleep!

I could not recommend him enough for any length of time! We did a bespoke 10 day tour and never felt uncomfortable or rushed.

I organised a bespoke tour with him in the Southern Peloponnese for 3 generations of my family and we could not have been more pleased. Lazarus is a kind, considerate and genuine person who will not only take care of your needs as prescribed to him but will also look for ways to further enhance your experience by suggesting visits to places you may not know about. We never felt rushed which allowed us to truly enjoy our trip and our time with him. During our 6 day trip with him he was available to us as long as we needed him to be each day, always with a smile on his face. No request was too hard for him. We learnt about his family and his neighborhood in Athens. By the end of our trip we felt like we had made a new friend. He is a very safe driver which was important to us, not once did we feel uncomfortable with him at the wheel. We also used Lazarus for an overnight trip to Meteora and again, could not have been more pleased with the trip. While there are many tour operators in Greece I thoroughly recommend Lazarus and Golden Greece Tours when you next need a transfer, tour or bespoke trip in Greece.
