The fries at this place won't only give you cancer, they have cancer! XD (Actually [most of] the fries are quite edible..)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really can’t show my frustration. The personal working there is simply awful the worst Goodys I have ever been in. I was seeing good reviews and I don’t understand why they exist. I am a many year costumer as Goodys are one of my favorite fast foods. So let’s begin

- One if the old delivery guys was really kind
- ( I made complaints before and they changed my order which they had completely made everything wrong.)
Cons
- 7/10 orders had mistakes and forgot things
- 9/10 times the food came cold
- The food had very weird taste sometimes
- The cheddar many times had a sour lemony taste and was unbeatable (other Goodys in athens had incredible cheddar)
- The put very little potato’s always (not even close to all other stores)
- I ordered chicken wings and gave me one and the other where chicken nuggets
- The guy making the deliveries many times had destroyed the food packages and everything was messy
- The personal is not kind ( that’s a big thing in every food chain )
- THE FOOD WAS BUNRNED (not always but very often)
It is unacceptable that a famous fast food chain like Goodys accepts this they should really do something.
I don’t want a refund, I don’t want a free. I want someone to actually check this store and improve he quality this is not up to Goodys standards.
The old Goodys store at the beach was actually a lot better it had awesome personal and very good tasting food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst club sandwich ever, considering Goodys have been the forerunners of club sandwiches! Poor staff attitude. Cold chips and when returned food was sent out with a member of our family rather than staff delivering to our table. Never going back again. Perhaps staff training for customer service wouldn't go astray

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a club sandwich and French Fries when I visited Kalamata. The French fries were fried in the same oil as they fried fish and the fries smelt like fish. It looked like the fries the oil has not been changed for long period of time because of the strange colour in order anyways two days later I had food poisoning food poisoning does not happen right away it takes a day or two so we tracked it back and the last place I ate was there I’m so disgusted and I will speak my native tongue which is English and I am Greek-American I will never recommend this place to anybody I should’ve read the reviews before I visited your store horrible service as well you wanna contact me you can respond back to this believe me the tongue is mightier than a review shame on you.
