Gentle with love for their work, experience and knowledge of the subject. They treat you as a person and not just as a customer. Very beautiful environment and clean.

Μεγαλη απογοητευση, πεταμενα χρηματα και το αποτελεσμα ισως το χειροτερο που ειχα ποτε Initial result nice but postponed for a week and two baths not only the color was gone but there was a miserable yellow that I will have to correct immediately. Great frustration, wasted money and the result is probably the worst I have ever had

Και τις δυο φορές ήμουν αρκετά ευχαριστημένη με την ποιότητα των μαλλιών μου μετά την βαφή. Και τις 2 φορές το αποτέλεσμα ήταν συμπαθητικό αλλά όχι αυτό που ήθελα. Θα το εκτιμούσα αν με είχαν ενημερώσει για το ότι δεν έχουν την δυνατότητα να κάνουν αυτό που ζητάω και να με άφηναν να αποφασίσω καθώς όταν πληρώνεις 250 ευρώ περιμένεις τουλάχιστον ότι το αποτέλεσμα θα είναι κοντά στις επιθυμίες σου. Ένα άλλο χαρακτηριστικό που μου έκανε άσχημη εντύπωση είναι πως και τις δυο φορές όταν έφτασα στο ταμείο οι ατάκες ήταν: Για την πρώτη φορά: Το κόστος είναι 250 αλλά σου το αφήνουμε 200 Την δεύτερη: Το κόστος είναι 310 αλλά σου το αφήνουμε 250 Ουδέποτε ζήτησα έκπτωση ή παζάρεψα για την τιμή, αλλά θεωρώ πως υποτιμούν την νοημοσύνη των πελατών όταν, για να μην φανούν ιδιαίτερα ακριβοί, παρουσιάζουν ανώτερη τιμή για να αποφύγουν τυχόν αντιδράσεις. I have visited this company 2 times for balayage services. Both times I was quite happy with the quality of my hair after dyeing. Both times the result was nice but not what I wanted. I would appreciate it if they had informed me that they do not have the ability to do what I ask and let me decide as when you pay 250 euros you expect at least that the result will be close to your wishes. Another feature that made a bad impression on me is that both times when I arrived at the cash register the storms were: For the first time: The cost is 250 but we leave it to you 200 The second: The cost is 310 but we leave it to you 250 I have never asked for a discount or bargained for the price, but I think they underestimate the intelligence of the customers when, in order not to look too expensive, they present a higher price in order to avoid any reactions.
