Το προσωπικο απορρεει μια οικογενειακη ζεστασια και υπερβαλει εαυτον, για να τα καταφερει με τους οξυθυμους ταξιδιωτες, να διατηρησει τον χωρο πεντακαθαρο και να εξασφαλισει την ασφαλεια του ταξιδιου. Στις ημερες μας που ο ταξιδιωτης ειναι απλα ενας πελατης μιας Α.Ε. η γενικοτερη ατμοσφαιρα σε ταξισευει σε αλλες εποχες, πιο ρομαντικες !

The staff derives a family warmth and exaggerates itself, in order to cope with the irritable travelers, to keep the place spotless and to ensure the safety of the trip. In our days when the traveler is just a customer of an SA. the general atmosphere classifies you in other, more romantic times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο! Δεν υπήρχαν μέτρα ασφαλειας για covid και το κυριότερο είναι ότι δεν ανταποκρίθηκαν στα παράπονα των επιβατών. Μας αγνόησαν κανονικά!
Unacceptable! There were no safety measures for covid and the main thing is that they did not respond to the complaints of the passengers. They ignored us normally!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη ακτοπλοϊκη εταιρεία ταξίδευα με το Macedon για Κύθνο. Μηδέν αποστάσεις. Έκανα παράπονα να τηρηθούν τα μέτρα κ να κάνουν σύσταση σε αυτούς που καθοντουσαν σε καθίσματα που απαγορευόταν αλλά το προσωπικό δεν έδωσε καμία σημασία. Απλά απαράδεκτοι θα επαναλάβω
Unacceptable ferry company I was traveling with Macedon to Kythnos. Zero distances. I complained about the measures being taken and making a recommendation to those sitting in seats that were forbidden but the staff did not pay any attention. Just unacceptable I will repeat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα 21/8/20 ταξίδευα με τη καταπληκτική αυτή εταιρία για κυθνο που αποφάσισε να αναχωρήσει νωρίτερα και εγώ ξέμεινα στο λιμάνι. Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση, στα τηλέφωνα εξαφανισμένοι Και καμία ανταπόκριση. Λιμενάρχης-λιμενικός πουθενά σχόλασε και αυτός νωρίτερα γιατί είχες πολλές δουλειές να κάνει! Συγχαρητήρια στη Γούτος λαινς και το λιμεναρχείο του Λαυριου!
Today 21/8/20 I was traveling with this amazing company for Kythnos that decided to leave earlier and I ran out at the port. Tragic service, the phones are gone And no response. The harbor master did not go anywhere earlier because he had a lot of work to do! Congratulations to Goutos Lines and the port authority of Lavrio!
