Ανέλαβαν όλες τις διαδικασίες αγοραπωλησίας χωρίς να χρειαστεί κάτι απο μερους μου. Προτείνω το Goutos Properties ανεπιφύλακτα!!! I recently assigned my property to Goutos Properties. The office staff was polite, professional and the service prompt. They undertook all the buying and selling procedures without needing anything from me. I highly recommend Goutos Properties !!!

Θελω ομως να ευχαριστησω και προσωπικα τον κ.Βερυκιο καθως και την κα.Γουτου για την υπομονη τους και την επιμονη τους. Ειστε μια πραγματικα αξια ομαδα και χωρις εσας, δεν ξερω αν θα ειχαμε προχωρησει τοσο γρηγορα σε ολα τα σταδια. Να υπογραμισω οτι η αγορα/πωληση ενος ακινητου ΔΕΝ ειναι ευκολη υποθεση και ΝΑΙ χρειαζεται τους ειδικους για να γινει γρηγορα και σωστα, καθως επεισης χρειαζεται σε πολλες περιπτωσεις υπομονη και απο τις 2 μεριες... Με στενή επικοινωνία, πολλές βιντεοκλήσεις και τέλεια διαχείριση έργων από την πλευρά τους, καταφέραμε τελικά να ολοκληρώσουμε το έργο χωρίς καν να είμαστε στην ίδια χώρα. Μου βρήκανε το σπίτι που έψαχνα, μου το ανακαίνισαν, με πολύ λογικές τιμές, μέσα στα χρονοδιάγραμμα που μου είπαν εξ αρχής και γενικά η αντιμετώπιση από την πρώτη στιγμή μέχρι να μου παραδώσουν τα κλειδιά ήταν άψογη! Τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα The best service in the part of finding a house and renovation. They found the house I was looking for, they renovated it, at very reasonable prices, within the schedule they told me from the beginning and generally the treatment from the first moment until they handed me the keys was perfect! I highly recommend them

Πότε δε μας κάλεσε πίσω ο μεσίτης για το ακίνητο. Όταν τον καλέσαμε εμείς η συμπεριφορά του ηταν απαράδεκτη. Εριστικός και ειρωνικός. Το θετικό είναι ότι οι κοπέλες στο τηλεφωνικό τους κέντρο ήταν ευγενικές. Unacceptable behavior. We called 3 times to be able to talk to the broker about the property we were interested in Daphne. When did the broker not call us back for the property. When we called him his behavior was unacceptable. Vindictive and ironic. The good thing is that the girls at their call center were polite.
