No communication between staff on prices, but each other tells you something else! I got a phone call to report that I was wrongly charged and the girl who "served" me, in addition to being irrelevant to me, closed it in my face! When you have a business, learn to serve! You rely on customers

They are consistently 30% more expensive than other stores. They sell you whatever they want in order to collect, they only want to get rid of you after "getting rid" of you as much as possible with things you do not need. The weft of the girl from another planet, not even for a cleaner, go anywhere else.

Dangerous, rude, very rude: avoid. They gave me (out of negligence, ignorance, intent, or simple indifference) the wrong medicine for my garden which, if I used it, would ruin my whole garden. I return it intact to them (I did not open it, I checked the manufacturer's instructions) and I politely ask for the medicine money back, without any willingness to say anything more. They deny everything and drive us crazy (my wife and me): we didn't understand, we didn't explain to them, we didn't (even the dosage they wrote on the bottle was completely wrong). I explain to them that because the mistake is theirs, I want money and not a voucher (and I return the product to them, I do not ask for it as compensation, only the price I paid for a product that I return intact). They stubbornly refuse, you tell me about politics and other jokes, in the end the lady doesn't talk to me (she holds my face). I tell her I won't leave unless I get my money. Annoyed, she goes inside, returns with the opposite in 50 minutes (to "take revenge" on me) and when I return to leave, she throws me a handful of herbal medicine that she was packing in front of me at that moment ... The conclusion is yours to make. If they threw pesticides at you, what would you do? I did not bring police to the "attack" but I would definitely deserve them and I reserve. All this in order not to return 13 euros of compensation for their mistake, which would cost me my garden that I have been building for years !!! I hope similar "professionals" disappear to make our lives a little better. Before you go think about it: for 13 euros would you make all this fuss? What "business" is this ΄ even if I was wrong ??? To be fair: that's what the boss did (a very rude and audacious young woman), the other employees didn't participate, so the blame is on the company, not the employees.

Excellent quality and great variety of plants. Excellent vegetables that I planted this year. At the same time impeccable service with polite behavior.
