Εξαιρετικοί επαγγελματίες και πάνω από όλα εξαιρετικοί άνθρωποι.Θέλω πραγματικά να ευχαριστήσω το προσωπικό, για την άψογη και πάντα φιλική τους διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν όχι μόνο εμένα αλλά κι όλους τους υπόλοιπους πελάτες...υπάρχουν βέβαια και ώρες αιχμής που δυσκολεύονται να τους εξυπηρετήσουν όλους άμεσα αλλά θα πρέπει να υπάρχει και η κατανόηση από πλευράς μας. Είναι πολύ σημαντικό να υπάρχουν τέτοιες οικογενειακές επιχειρήσεις στον τόπο μας και να σημειώσω κάτι τελευταίο...Παρόλο που η τοποθεσία της εν λόγω επιχείρησης βρίσκεται σε τέτοιο σημείο που θα μπορούσε να εκμεταλευτεί το μονοπώλιο της , οι τιμές της είναι πολύ χαμηλές και καμιά φορά οι υπηρεσίες που μας προσφέρονται δεν χρεώνονται. Εγώ προσωπικά σας ευχαριστώ πολύ! The 5 stars are few for Grafima. Excellent professionals and above all great people. Παρόλο που έχουν 15 άτομα συνεχώς πάνω από το κεφάλι τους, πάντα προσπαθούν να τους εξυπηρετήσουν όλους χωρίς να καθυστερούν κανέναν! Πολλά μπράβο! By far the best store of its kind in Katerini! Wonderful professionals and people! Although they have 15 people constantly over their head, they always try to serve them all without delaying anyone! Many bravo!

F	Fani Panagiotou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όσες φορές έχω επισκεφτεί το εν λόγω κατάστημα έχω χάσει τουλάχιστον 10 λεπτά από τον χρόνο μου για δουλειές της τάξεως λεπτού. Οι υπάλληλοι εξυπηρετούν πολλούς πελάτες ταυτόχρονα και μέτρια έτσι ώστε να δεσμεύσουν τον πελάτη και να μην μπορεί να φύγει. Πρώτα ολοκληρώνουμε την δουλειά ενός πελάτη και μετά αναλαμβάνουμε την δουλειά του επόμενου κατά σειρά. Η εμπειρία μου τις πολυάριθμες φορές που επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα είναι ίδια και επαναλαμβανόμενη. Το γεγονός αποτελεί κανόνα και όχι εξαίρεση. Με αποκορύφωμα οι υπάλληλοι να σε βάζουν να κάνεις ο ίδιος την δουλειά τους και να χειριστείς μηχανήματα που δεν γνωρίζεις για να εξυπηρετήσουν παράλληλα άλλους πελάτες. Τέλος η χρέωση είναι πάντα αισχροκερδής και πολύ παραπάνω του κανονικού. Επειδή έχουμε το μονοπώλιο στην Κατερίνη δεν σημαίνει πως πρέπει να εκμεταλλευόμαστε τον κόσμο. Θα πρότεινα να κάνετε την δουλειά σας σε κάποιον εκτυπωτή φίλου ή εταιρίας και να τους πληρώσετε το κόστος θα γλιτώσετε πολλά χρήματα και χρόνο γιατί η υπηρεσία αυτή δεν τα αξίζει. Ελπίζω αυτή η κριτική να είναι εποικοδομητική και να αφυπνίσει το κατάστημα για την ανεπαρκή εξυπηρέτηση και παράλογες τιμές που παρέχει.
