★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ένα αστέρι είναι για το εσωτερικό του κτηρίου.. Η Εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άμεση ενώ είχα ραντεβού εννοείται.. Ένα κτήριο φάντασμα θα το έλεγα αν φανταστείς ότι μπαίνοντας νομίζεις ότι είσαι σε πίστα για go kart..Λίγο ψυχοπλακωτικό το περιβάλλον..Ίσως να γυριζόταν κάποιο θρίλερ εκεί πάρα να βγάζουν τα διαβατήρια..
 One star is for the inside of the building .. The Service was immediate while I had an appointment of course .. I would say a ghost building if you imagine that when you enter you think you are on a go kart track..The environment is a bit psychopathic..Maybe it was shooting some thriller there instead of getting the passports ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι από τις φορές που μένεις σε δημόσια υπηρεσία και νομίζεις ότι είσαι σε κάποια ιδιοτικη επιχείρηση!! Μπράβο στους υπαλλήλους και ιδιαίτερα στην συμπεριφορά τους!! Εξυπηρέτηση ότι καλύτερο έχω συναντήσει σε δημόσιο!!
It is from the times that you live in public service and you think that you are in a private company !! Well done to the employees and especially to their behavior !! Service that best I have met in public !!

The place was clean and too big for the job intended, while the police officers in charge were the kindest police officers I have ever met

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι υπάλληλοι ευγενικοί, εύστροφοι, γρήγορη πέρα από κάθε προσδοκία για οποιαδήποτε υπηρεσία του Ελληνικού δημοσίου. Και τις δυο φορές που έβγαλα διαβατήρια ήταν άψογοι. Καμία καθυστέρηση, κανένα πρόσκομμα.
Το κτήριο που στεγάζεται η υπηρεσία είναι άθλιο. Απαράδεκτο τόσο για τους πολίτες όσο και για τους υπαλλήλους που κάνουν τόσο καλή δουλειά.
The employees are polite, agile, fast beyond any expectations for any service of the Greek state. Both times I got passports they were flawless. No delay, no obstruction.
The building that houses the service is miserable. Unacceptable to both citizens and employees who do such a good job.
