★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς σε τέτοιες δυσάρεστες στιγμές χρειάστηκε να συνεργαστώ με ένα γραφείο τελετών χωρίς καθόλου επαγγελματισμό. Κακή ενημέρωση από πλευράς τους, χρειάστηκε να αναλάβουμε να πάρουμε άδεια ταφής μόνη μας ενώ ήταν δική τους ευθύνη. Πολύ κακή συνεννόηση και ανευθυνότητα αφού "ξέχασαν" να μου επιστρέψουν την ταυτότητα γιατί δεν την πήραν μαζί τους στο μέρος που έγινε η τελετή. Δεν θα επέλεγα να συνεργαστώ μαζί τους.
Unfortunately in such unpleasant moments I had to work with a funeral home without any professionalism. Bad information on their part, we had to undertake to get a burial permit on our own while it was their responsibility. Very bad communication and irresponsibility since they "forgot" to return my identity because they did not take it with them to the place where the ceremony took place. I would not choose to work with them.
