Η επιθυμία της οικογένειάς μας ήταν να πραγματοποιηθεί μία τελετή με αξιοπρέπεια όπως θα το επιθυμούσε και ο ίδιος. Αυτός ήταν και ο λόγος που επιλέξαμε το Γραφείο Τελετών Σιάτρας. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ο κύριος Κώστας κέρδισε την εμπιστοσύνη μας με το σεβασμό του στην απώλειά μας καθώς και την καθοδήγησή του σε όλα τα διαδικαστικά ζητήματα που ήταν άγνωστα για εμάς. Σύμφωνα με την επιθυμία του πατέρα μας η τελετή έγινε στην ιδιαίτερη πατρίδα του, σε ένα χωριό στο Μεσολόγγι. Όλα πραγματοποιήθηκαν όπως τα είχαμε συνεννοηθεί χωρίς να χρειαστεί εκείνη την ημέρα να απασχοληθούμε με τίποτα διαδικαστικό. Οι άνθρωποι που μας συνόδεψαν εκεί ήταν εξυπηρετικότατοι και μας έκαναν να αισθανθούμε ότι ήταν δικοί μας άνθρωποι που μπορούσαμε να βασιστούμε επάνω τους. Γράφω αυτή την αξιολόγηση γιατί πιστεύουμε ότι είναι πολύ σημαντικό για κάποιον που θα βρεθεί σε αυτή τη θέση, να ξέρει ότι μπορεί να εμπιστευτεί αυτό το γραφείο για την αξιοπιστία του. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τις υπηρεσίες σας. The loss of our father was sudden and very difficult. Our family's wish was for a ceremony to be held with dignity as he would have wished. That was the reason we chose the Siatra Funeral Home. From the first moment, Mr. Costas gained our trust with his respect for our loss as well as his guidance on all procedural issues that were unknown to us. According to our father's wish, the ceremony took place in his hometown, in a village in Messolonghi. Everything took place as we had agreed without having to deal with anything procedural that day. The people who accompanied us there were very helpful and made us feel like they were our own people we could count on. I am writing this review because we believe it is very important for someone in this position to know that they can trust this office for their credibility. Thank you very much for your services.

You have responded extremely quickly and promptly, and at what must have difficult times for you given the time differences between New Zealand and Greece – so have really lived up to your 24/7 service. You have also provided additional information outside of the parameters of your service which have been really very helpful and greatly appreciated. Support that Mr. Kostas have made was beyond our expectation with arranging all documents and procedures that we were not aware of.
