★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολλά Μπράβο στο προσωπικό που ασχολείται με τις ηλεκτρονικές παραγγελίες.Για κάποιο λόγο η παραγγελία μου,που αφορούσε ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια,περάστηκε δύο φορές στο σύστημα τους καθώς επίσης και η πληρωμή που έγινε μέσω πιστωτικής κάρτας.Προς τιμήν τους,με ειδοποίησαν την επόμενη εργάσιμη ημέρα για το λάθος που είχε γίνει και μέσα σε τρεις μέρες επιστράφηκαν τα λεφτά της δεύτερης παραγγελίας στην πιστωτική μου κάρτα.Και πάλι μπράβο για τον επαγγελματισμό,την υπευθυνοτητα και την ηθική που έδειξαν.
Η παραγγελία έγινε Σάββατο βράδυ και τα παπούτσια παραδόθηκαν Τρίτη πρωί.
A lot of good for the staff dealing with e-orders. For some reason, my order, which involved a pair of shoes, was passed twice on their system as well as the payment made by credit card. For their honor, I was notified of the next working day day for the mistake that had been made and within three days the money of the second order was returned to my credit card. Again, for the professionalism, responsibility and ethics they showed.
The order was made on Saturday night and the shoes were delivered on Tuesday morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα προϊόντα τους αρκετά καλά θα έλεγα! Λίγο υψηλές τιμές αλλά αξίζει στις εκπτώσεις! Ωστόσο σε θέμα εξυπηρέτησης απογοητευτική γι αυτό και τα 3 αστέρια! Σαν να ήμουν αόρατη ούτε καν να ρωτήσουν αν θέλω κάτι παρά μόνο όταν μίλησα εγώ ! Γενικά μου έδωσαν αρνητική εντύπωση εκτός μιας κοπέλας που είναι στην υποδοχή ! Λυπάμαι πραγματικά γι αυτό πολύ! Δεν νομίζω να αφήσω εκεί τα λεφτά μου! Και ευτυχώς δεν είχε το νούμερο μου!

As if I was invisible or even asked if I wanted anything but when I spoke! Generally they gave me a negative impression except for a girl who is in the reception! I'm really sorry about that!
