★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the very second we arrived they have treated us like family. Unbelievable level of service and friendliness. We had a very slight issue with a neighbour (so not the fault of this company). They apologised a hundred times (and it was a very minor issue), sent someone to completely service the room…. and then left a beautiful gift of cakes from the local bakery. I will never stay anywhere else upon my return… and will return because these guys were so great. We felt like KINGS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, we called to ask for a room we found online along with other details since we have a baby, the hostess Yianna replied that this room was available and we could close it via telephone as well; After an hour we called her back to book it she said via another man who replied that she will book it for us and delete the room from the online platform (Booking.com) and to call her in 30 minutes to arrange the details of the trip. When we called her again, she was busy and told the receptionist to take our mobile so that she will called us back. Meanwhile this room was disappeared from the booking platform and we thought that she did it for us.
She NEVER called us so we called again to ask for explanation and she was again unavailable.
Finally she found time to call us and told us that the room was booked from someone else in the online platform despite the fact that she deleted the room (lies off course)…the result was that we spent precious time by not booking somewhere else and finally had to cancelled our trip to Hermioni.
It’s a shame for this business to have persons like her who are always making cheap explanations that it wasn’t their fault + never say sorry or apologize. We are all judged by the final result we make so, 1 star from our point of view, thank you for the great service!
