★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel, the most professional service. Extremely friendly staff always ready to make your stay an unforgettable one.. Dishes are exceptional and the same goes for drinks. Rooms are quite comfortable with fridge, air conditioning, hairdryer and TV. Located outside the centre, it offers bus service to and back from downtown. Conference hall, restaurant and bar are also available. Perfect hotel while in Thessaloniki either on business or vacation.Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to be. Neighborhood is... interesting (if you need car part or repair) :), but you will get perfect breakfast, service and cleanes. I'm in this moment in hotel and I'm happy to be here. Friendly advice to hotel managers from IT expert, add 10% more AP devices, there is lot blind angles and internet is not good for 5* hotel! Thank you for good service. See you in November. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για 5* μεγάλη απαγοητευση! Καμία σχέση ακόμα και εαν κάνουν 50% εκπτωση, και πάλι δεν αξιζει!
Χαλασμένο ενα απο τα 2 βασικά ασανσερ !
Το αδιαχώρητο στην αίθουσα πρωινου, και να περιμένεις να βρεις τραπέζι!Να πρέπει να ψάχνεις να βρεις την κοπέλα που σερβίρει τον καφέ! παρα τις φιλότομες προσπάθειες του προσωπικού!
Σάββατο 08:50 χτυπάγανε ευγενικά την πόρτα οι καθαρίστριες για να ρωτήσουν πότε θα φύγω για να μπουν να καθαρισουν....!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked there so much. İt is very luxury. All materials are new and useful. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Bath and duche are also nice. Especially breakfast ist wonderful. Everywhere is Clean and quality. I want to say for stuffs. They are very kind and friendly. The pool and sauna activities are not active now because of Corona. I recommend this hotel. The price is normal not expensive according to facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant understand why so many good reviews I booked a more expensive room in 6th floor. First you have to wait a lot to have the elevator for you I was waiting 15 minutes. Second the room so small for so expensive rate near 150 euro per night. And so loud couldn't sleep all night due to extreme heavy noise from the bathroom that the absorber doing and you can't turn it off. WiFi not working using my data so I paid 500 euro to have nothing

?? Breakfast is good. I really loved the omelette and the baked potatoes. Great fruit selection. Lesser veggies than expected. Only 2 protein options - eggs and bacon.
?️ Parking - bit overcrowded sometimes but large. 2 Zones - underground and open.
?♂️ The SPA zone didn’t work unfortunately.
