★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem uns der Vermieter sagte, dass das von uns gebuchte Apartment leider doch nicht frei wäre, bot er uns ein kostenloses Upgrade in eine größere und dreimal so teuere Wohnung an, was wir natürlich annahmen. Dort trafen wir uns mit ihm und er gab uns alle möglichen Informationen, wo gute Restaurants sind, wo schöne Strände sind, wo alles Sehenswertes ist und half uns direkt bei jeder Kleinigkeit. Die Besitzerin der Wohnung, die ein Stockwerk tiefer wohnte, war außerdem auch super nett und brachte uns sogar einmal ein Gebäck hoch. Die Lage war auch solide, die Aussicht von den zwei Balkons war hervorragend. Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft nur zu empfehlen!
 After the landlord told us that the apartment we had booked was unfortunately not free, he offered us a free upgrade to a larger and three times more expensive apartment, which we of course accepted. There we met with him and he gave us all kinds of information about where good restaurants are, where beautiful beaches are, where everything is worth seeing and he helped us directly with every little thing. The owner of the apartment, who lived one floor below, was also super nice and even brought us up a pastry once. The location was also solid, the view from the two balconies was superb. All in all, this accommodation can only be recommended!

Staff very helpful, careful & friendly.
Quality rooms very high in relation to its fares: perfectly cleaned, every kind of comfort, nice & picturesque rooms (really charming style, large balconies, 2 bathrooms, wide kitchen) for your breakfast/dinner with a view at home. The architects' expertise can be clearly seen everywhere inside the building and the apartment!
The manager, Mr.Damianos (speaking very well English, Italian and other languages too), is very very kind, attentive and able to arrange any thing you may require, including suggestions related to pleasure trips, tours for any destination inside the island.
The accommodation is just 10 minutes walking from the historical centre of Argostoli.
Price is very reasonable in relation to the quality provided. Strongly recommend to feel the authentic Ionian atmosphere close to the Kefalonian seaside.
Strongly recommended for vacations or business trips.

The owners are amazing people and strive to make everything perfect. You will not regret booking a stay with them. We stayed a whole month during winter, and we know.
