I paid a guarantee for glasses and when I went to use it I was told about terms and conditions so as not to be compensated. Unacceptable

Άργησαν να παραδώσουν τα γυαλιά μου και με καθυστέρησαν ακόμη και όταν ήταν έτοιμα γιατί λέει είχε πρόβλημα το λογισμικό τους και δεν μπορούν να κόψουν απόδειξη μόνο για μένα που η παραγγελία ήταν από την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα. Νέες πωλήσεις μπορούσαν να κάνουν. Επειδή φώναξα πολύ, τελικά εξυπηρετηθηκα. Κοροϊδεύουν πραγματικά.
No good service. They were late delivering my glasses and they delayed me even when they were ready because it says their software had a problem and they can't cut proof just for me since the order was from last week. New sales could do. Because I cried a lot, I was eventually served. really laugh.

The lens protrudes too far from the frame in the myopia glasses I bought. Very bad aesthetic result

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατά την επίσκεψή μου στο κατάστημα είχα την ευκαιρία να δοκιμάσω αρκετά ζευγάρια γυαλιά, και να εξυπηρετηθώ απο μια υπάλληλο που με βοήθησε να επιλέξω το βέλτιστο για τα χαρακτηριστικά που ζήτησα. Η διαδικασία ολοκληρώθηκε χωρίς να να νιώσω πίεση για να αγοράσω κάτι συγκεκριμενο, και έφυγα απο το κατάστημα με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις.
