Έκανα 3 σφραγίδες από τις οποίες οι 2 ήταν δικό μου το μηχάνημα, έκαναν αλλαγή μόνο στην μήτρα και η συνολική χρέωση μαζί με ΦΠΑ 68 ευρώ. 3 φορές πάνω από την αγορά. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει ανάρτηση με τις τιμές πουθενά μέσα στο κατάστημα. όπου σε πιάσουν και όπως σε κόψουν. the most expensive store I've ever gone to for stamps. Never go. I made 3 stamps out of which 2 were my own machine, only changed the matrix and the total charge including VAT 68 euros. 3 times over market. Also, there is no suspension of prices anywhere in the store. where they catch you and cut you off.

Φυσικά και στη συνέχεια πήγαμε αλλού και μας το έκαναν σε 2 λεπτά. Απαράδεκτο ύφος από τους υπαλλήλους και απαξίωση όταν προσπαθούσαμε να τους εξηγήσουμε. ΑΠΦΥΕΓΕΤΕ ΜΕ ΚΑΘΕ ΚΟΣΤΟΣ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΚΑΝΕΤΕ ΕΥΚΟΛΗ ΤΗ ΖΩΗ ΣΑΣ! UNACCEPTABLE service and 0 professionalism. We were trying to come to terms with something extremely easy and self-evident that they could not accomplish. Of course we then went elsewhere and they did it to us in 2 minutes. Unacceptable style by employees and disrespect when we tried to explain to them. AVOID AT ANY COST TO MAKE YOUR LIFE EASY!

Δεν θα μιλήσω καν για την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά του, για το υφάκι και για το γεγονός ότι ενώ του μιλούσα σηκώθηκε και έφυγε. Απλά για να ξέρετε οι δικαιολογίες που λέγατε είναι άτοπες. Εχθές απευθύνθηκα στο κατάστημα αλλά ο εργαζόμενος που πήγε να με εξυπηρετήσει είχε έντονο ύφος μη επαγγελματικό όταν του ζήτησα να μπω στο μειλ μου (λόγω covid δεν μπορούσα να εισέλθω στο χώρο που εργάζονται και το θεώρησα λογικό) αλλά το ύφος αχρείαστο. Πριν εξυπηρετηθώ, περίμενα και μισό λεπτό να χαριεντιστεί και να τσεκάρει την όπισθια όψη της προηγούμενης πελάτισας. Αγαπητέ, αν διαβάζεις την κρητική μου, πρέπει να προσπαθήσεις πολύ, αλλά στον προσωπικό σου χρόνο εκτός εργασίας. In the past they have served me well and kindly (especially the girls). Yesterday I went to the store but the employee who went to serve me had a strong unprofessional style when I asked him to enter my e-mail (due to covid I could not enter the place where they work and I considered it reasonable) but the style was unnecessary.
