Το προσωπικό του καταστήματος, είναι πρόθυμο και εξυπηρετικό. Η ποιότητα των ενδυμάτων, τίμια σε σχέση με την τιμή τους. Very good store Large variety of baby and children's clothes, reasonable prices and impeccable service. The staff of the store is willing and helpful. The quality of the clothes, honest in relation to their price.
K	Kyriaki Andri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόλις είχα μια πολύ κακή εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης σε αυτό το κατάστημα. Πήγα για να αλλάξω ένα δώρο που μας έκαναν μόλις χτες. Πάνω στη βιτρίνα υπήρχε αυτοκόλλητο που διαφήμιζε εκπτώσεις έως 50%. Αρχικά η πωλήτρια/ιδιοκτήτρια του καταστήματος μας είπε ότι το δώρο κόστισε 10€. Μας έδειξε εναλλακτικές επιλογές και τελικά βρήκαμε ένα καινούργιο ρούχο με τιμή 15.95€ και υπάρχουσα έκπτωση 35%. Η υπάρχουσα έκπτωση δεν λήφθηκε υπόψιν και η πωλήτρια/ιδιοκτήτρια μας ζήτησε επιπλέον 5€ για να αγοράσουμε το καινούργιο ρούχο. Υποστήριζε ότι η πελάτισσα της αγόρασε το ρούχο χωρίς έκπτωση και γι' αυτό το λόγο θα πρέπει να πληρώσουμε κι εμείς την τιμή χωρίς έκπτωση. Όταν την ρώτησα πώς γίνεται, αφού η πελάτισσα αγόρασε το δώρο μόλις χτες, μας απάντησε ότι οι εκπτώσεις μπήκαν μόλις το προηγούμενο βράδυ! Όταν της είπα ότι αυτό δεν θα γινόταν σε κανένα άλλο κατάστημα (βλ. H&M) και ότι πάντα υπολογίζεται η επικαιροποιημένη αξία του ρούχου, μου απάντησε ότι εδώ δεν είναι H&M. Όταν της είπα να μας δείξει και άλλα ρούχα για να αγοράσουμε κάτι άλλο, χωρίς να δώσουμε επιπλέον χρήματα, ακόμα και για μεγαλύτερες ηλικίες, μας είπε επανειλημμένα ότι δεν έχει άλλες επιλογές. Το κατάστημα αν και μικρό ήταν γεμάτο ρούχα! Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να πληρώσουμε 5€ παραπάνω (δεν μας εξήγησε πως έγινε αυτός ο υπολογισμός), για να αγοράσουμε τελικά το μοναδικό ρούχο που μας άρεσε. Με αυτές τις συμπεριφορές διώχνουν ορισμένοι καταστηματάρχες και τους λίγους πελάτες που προτιμούν πλέον τις τοπικές αγορές. Κρίμα! I just had a very bad service experience at this store. I went to change a gift they gave us just yesterday. There was a sticker on the window that advertised discounts of up to 50%. Initially the seller / owner of the store told us that the gift cost € 10. He showed us alternative options and finally we found a new outfit with a price of € 15.95 and an existing 35% discount. The existing discount was not taken into account and the seller / owner asked us for an additional 5 € to buy the new clothes. She claimed that her client bought the clothes without a discount and for this reason we will have to pay the price without a discount. When I asked her how it is done, since the client bought the gift just yesterday, she answered that the discounts came only the night before! When I told her that this would not be done in any other store (see H&M) and that the updated value of the garment is always calculated, she replied that this is not H&M. When I told her to show us other clothes to buy something else, without giving extra money, even for older people, she repeatedly told us that she had no other choice. The store, although small, was full of clothes! The result was to pay 5 € more (he did not explain to us how this calculation was done), to finally buy the only clothes we liked. With these behaviors they drive away some shopkeepers and the few customers who now prefer the local markets. Pity!
