P	Paul Angus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the plus side, the hotel is lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly. The pool area is nice and the beach is small but sandy and not too cramped. We were told that the hotel was full, but it didn't feel crowded at all. The rooms were spacious as well, and the spa treatments were lovely. On the down side, the service was generally slow, for instance, after ordering food by the pool it was an hour before it arrived and then was missing a dish. At the Italian restaurant we sat around for a long time trying to catch someone's eye to pay the bill. There was a lot of people putting towels out on the sunbeds first thing and then going for breakfast. Also the large pool has rough edges and sharp tiles; a number of children got cuts on their hands and feet. When we approached, the hotel regarding our daughter, they said it has never happened before and suggested that we should use the smaller pool. Overall, the hotel was great, and the problems didn't spoil the holiday; they just stopped it being perfect.

I have stayed in luxury 5 star resorts all over the world, and truly, have never found this level of service anywhere!!! It is truly one of a kind. I wish I could rate it a 10 star! EVERYONE - from the managers, supervisors, waiters, bartenders, kids club hosts, and housekeepers will go out of their way on a daily basis to make you feel welcome and at home. You will struggle to find such a genuine and friendly hospitality anywhere else. And even though it is clear the staff work incredibly hard and very long hours, you will never meet any of them without a big smile on their face or a warm “Kalimera”. We loved this place and the staff so much, that we ended up extending our stay! If you stay anywhere else you will be doing yourself a huge disservice. We just left today and already miss everything about it. We will definitely go back again.

Many choices for dining ranging from Mediterranean buffet to Asian, Italian and fish/seafood restaurant. Breakfast is TOP with everything even the most demanding customer desires. There is also a gym well equipped with all the necessary equipment - technogym most of them. The service was top and most personnel speak more than 2 languages. Totally recommended

Great facilities. Clean comfy rooms. WiFi is a bit weak in places, especially the off-centre rooms but minor point really!

My wife and I have been staying here for a week and we loved the perfect location of the hotel (surrounded by the sea on three sides), the amazing food, the cleanliness and - especially - the friendly staff. Every single staff member has been outstandingly caring and competent. We have been extra happy with the perfectly equipped gym and the extremely competent fitness instructor Panos. Another outstanding example of friendliness and competence is Anna Maria, the yoga instructor, who made sure we had an amazing morning each day at the beautiful yoga spot of the hotel. To you two and the rest of all the amazing staff: thank you so much for the truly outstanding time!

I was impressed at how attentive the managers, restaurants waitresses, cleaners, concierge, reception were and greatly contributed to the excellent experience.The hotel manager Mr Lamakias warmly welcomed us upon our arrival and paid attention to the details. Breakfast was very good and diverse. Two points that would have made the stay even better would have been longer spa hours, and more storage/hangers in the rooms/bathrooms. Overall, excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel. I will surely come back!
A	Adam Cheshire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my stay here. The Hotel is at the end of a Peninsula, giving you the feeling that you’re on an island and surrounded by the Ocean. The grounds are immaculate and the staff are friendly and can’t do enough to make you comfortable. We went for our anniversary and when we arrived they brought us a heart shaped anniversary cake and a bottle of red wine. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable and we slept really well every night. We went half board which I’d recommend as the buffet (both breakfast and dinner) was absolutely brilliant. There’s a massive range of dishes to pick from which change every day. We would definitely stay here again and the staff are a credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
