Hotel is nice, rooms are super good, view is stunning BUT all offers are based and presented in an application, which is not working at all. So you don't know which drinks are included in "all inclusive" and the app required to book a service (like spa or activities) :-/

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights over the Greek Easter Festival for our 25th wedding anniversary and from start to finish our stay was absolutely superb. We arrived late and we shown to the bar where our welcome drinks were waiting for us as we filled out the checking in form on Hotel's app. The evening bar staff led by Dimitri and a lady whose name escapes me were always enthusiastic, pleasant and exceptionally professional, which to be honest extends to all the staff we encountered. The morning bartender Eilini had the most welcoming smile and made us feel like we were the most important guest in the world. Maria in the breakfast hall was always on hand to top up our coffee and offer assistance whenever needed. Even the 'pool guys' seemed happy to see us each day as we traded towels on our way to the private beach below the hotel. The regular shuttle into town was driven by the ever smiling Costos who delivered us safely each night in a very luxurious mini bus and Heidi and the rest of the reception team who were always available with up to the minute information and advice during our stay. The hotel itself is excellent, our room was spacious with a great view of the bay from the balcony. The bedding almost felt brand new and the in room amenities were equally as good. There was nothing that left me dissatisfied. Ample towels and bathrobes, slippers and sewing kits the room seemed to have it all. We ate out of the hotel each night so I can't comment on the in house restaurants but if the exceptional range and quality of food available at the breakfast buffet led me to believe that the dinner menus would have been on a similar level. All in all it was a most memorable and pleasant stay at the Eva Palace and my wife and I look forward to visiting again next Easter. ( They even have a car parking space for employee of the month) which I'm glad I don't have to choose as all the staff were exceptionally professional. If you visit Corfu you must consider staying here. Thank once again

Literally the worst place I've ever been that I paid so much to visit. 600 a night for a 'Palace Suite' and I couldn't believe my eyes. It was so run down and in desperate need of refurbishment it should never have been open. Spa ripped out. Mould everywhere. Leaking ceiling. Pool repaired with temporary lining. Lights in our room wouldn't switch off. I don't understand how people offer this hotel good reviews unless they paid almost nothing to go. Pictures speak a thousand words... so I'll let them do the talking! Avoid!!!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location and the staff are very attentive. All inclusive meal offerings provides a good choice of food. Property is deceptive, on arrival the lobby has a 5 star feel, however as soon as you venture further into the complex its run down in parts and rooms are relatively basic. (We stayed in a deluxe suite). The day of departure we had an evening flight so we asked the hotel for a holding room as we have small children. We understandably were charged a fee however when it came to dinner time we were refused a meal as apparently this was not included in the price, at this point the receptionist was not accommodating. Left a sour note!

Greek hospitality at its best. All the staff are very polite and helpful. And always looking to please. Clean modern rooms. Surprisingly no door to the bathroom!!!. Excellent food. Clean swimming pool. Lots of friendly cats in the garden, balcony, dining area. Will visit again.

Such a stunning hotel! Such a welcoming atmosphere and staff are all very friendly. Definitely made my first ever experience here in Corfu a special one. Would recommend to people for their first trip to Greece. The pool bar is very nice with a large range of drinks too.

Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated. The gardens are lovely and it's full will local flowers and trees. Some of the restaurants on the hotel site are still closed and there aren't many restaurants open nearby either, so it's worth considering the full board package here. The hotel's private beach and pools are lovely with plenty of loungers and towels are provided.

Perhaps the most luxurious hotel I've ever seen or been to, we had the pleasure of staying for four days. From the moment you walk in they make you feel like royalty. The hotel rooms and grounds are incredibly picturesque and the pools and beaches were awesome. The bar manager from the pool area, Mr. Themis, was so kind, helpful and really made our stay a welcoming one. He gave us a lot of great information and made us feel at home. Will definitely come back once I return to Corfu. We thank them for the great stay!
