Personally, i was disappointed because it was a bit of surprise to me the fact that there was no water available during supper and you had to order with a big charge of course. Our room was on the far left of the hotel and unfortunately the sea view was limited (view was blocked greatly by the lower row of newly constructed rooms) and there were many construction materials making the view more like a 1 star. We asked for another room but there were no available rooms. Nevertheless, the room was very nice, large and beautiful. The location, the sea view, the beach and the facilities were excellent (5 stars). There was only one pool for adults (with adequate depth). The depth on the other pool was only 1.10m but was great for playing with kids. The personnel were very friendly and polite. We had in our package breakfast, lunch and dinner at the OLYMPIA RIVIERA - SUNSET restaurant, so i can only rate this one. Food was in great quantity and diversity, but the tastes were flat and far less than what i was expecting from a 5 stars hotel. The lobby bar was great with great variety of drinks. Aqua Park is 5 stars by itself. great addition the the hotel, we had great fun with my kids. I have been with my family to some Grecotel hotels. The Oasis hotel was 6 stars (in 5 star scale). I would compare my experience with Lacopetra beach when it was a 3+ stars hotel. Overall for 2 nights my experience was 3 star, and even though i suggested Oasis and Lacopetra to many of our friends, i would be hesitant to suggest Riviera Thalasso

Great hotel with a magnificent sandy beach. Pools, gym, tennis, ping-pong ... all what we need for sport or for a change. The tennis coach is very kind and professional, we recommend private lessons. The personnel in all is very polite and helpful. Most of the people speak English and German. The rooms are spacious and nice decorated. Recommend to book all inclusive!

Excellent resort with great service in a superb location. The water park guarantees endless fun for the little ones, while the amenities cater for all needs. Make sure you bring a waterproof camera, to capture the water games fun. On a negative side, it is fair to say that the rooms feel slightly dated, but this is less of an issue, since you spend so much time outside.

One of the top summer destinations for families with kids. Very good food, activities throughout the whole day for the kids and an amazing waterpark accessible only to customers of the hotel are only few of the things made my stay enjoyable. Paying a bit more attention on the maintenance of the pools and building infrastructures will be something that has room of improvement!

Establish a kids only zone! It was unacceptable that while I was trying to relax by any of the pools(especially the infinity pool which is not meant for little brats) I had to endure the constant yelling of small children. Also, the fact that you don't make reservations for large groups of people in the dining area but choose to follow a first come first served tactic is a big no for me. Finally I was rarely able to find a sunbed available by the pool because your stuff allows for people to leave an insignificant belonging behind and in effect occupy the seat for the entire day, even while they are absent for hours. Definitely would not recommend this place in those prices

Really nice despite the coronavirus measures. Great hotel, great pools, a huge beach and a brilliant aquapark. One negative point though: the hotel's doctor tried to charge us €160 for a 10 minute visit; the receptionists were not interested in this, did not offer to help and hid behind a "these are not hotel fees" argument despite the fact that he is the hotel's GP and that they had included the €160 in our overall bill. (when I threatened to call the police, the doctor quickly gave me 100€ for me not to call the cops. Still hotel staff did not care about my 30 minute tug of war with their doctor, nor about the mafia-like behaviour of that person...)
