★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi to all, i want to make clear to all of you that my review for the hotel is only to improve its facilities!!Me and family booked a triple - bed room by internet to stay for 3 nights with breakfast.
Positive reviews:
Staff was very polite with all customers!!!
Breakfast was special!!!
We had a problem with my dauhter's bed and they replaced at once!!!
It was very clean!!!
No complaints at all!!
Negative reviews:
They have to check inside the room some problems as you can see below by my photos as:
Indoor, paint wall , bathroom , beds!!
Not serious problems but they had to do many changes!!
The pool at the afternoon was blurred!!
We thank them very much and of course we visit the hotel again!!!

Ενα μονο αρνητικο διαπιστωσα φθαρμενα μπουρνουζια και μικρα, μονο για γιαπωνεζους!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η φιλική εξυπηρέτηση,η καθαριότητα, ο πράσινος κήπος.
Η λειτουργία της πισίνας ξεκινά στις 12μμ και όχι νωρίτερα.Επισης, το δωμάτιο πολύ μικρό για τρίτο κρεβάτι.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άνετο το δωμάτιο, πολύ καλό το πρωινό, η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική για όσους θέλουν να βρίσκονται άμεσα στην έξοδο της πόλης.
Στα μπαγκαγλόου υπήρχε πρόβλημα με άσχημη οσμή από το σιφόνι στην τουαλέττα, καθώς κατά περίεργο τρόπο "επικοινωνεί" με σιφόνια των διπλανών δωματίων...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bungalows need renovation, urgently. The main building and rooms are impressive, staff friendly and competent, except at breakfast.
The hotel has almost no competition, this would probably improve the few not so good points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel, amazing furniture, friendly helpful staff, extremely clean rooms. The stay safe commitment policy ensures a safe environment for are guests . To enter a room guests need to remove the special tape that indicates that the room can be used safely. Clean swimming pool, great dishes, the best option if one visits Larissa. Once again trust Grecotel!!!
