Είχα πάρει μέρος πριν 2 χρόνια περίπου σε ενα giveaway που έκαναν στο Instagram και ενώ με έβγαλαν νικήτρια μου έκαναν απόκρυψη της ιστορίας τους ώστε να μην μπορώ να δω οτι κέρδισα και τελικά το έμαθα τυχαία απο μια φίλη μου που είδε την κλήρωση. Όταν επικοινώνησα μαζί τους απέφυγαν να μου απαντήσουν για το οτι δεν μπορούσα να δω το story, με ρώτησαν αμέσως τα στοιχεία μου και με χρέωσαν 15€ για τα μεταφορικά. Οταν τελικά παρέλαβα το «δώρο» συνειδητοποίησα οτι ο αρκούδος που μου έστειλαν δεν είχε καμία σχέση με το μέγεθος του αρκούδου που έδιναν στο giveaway. Σκέτη κοροϊδία!
 They are simply unacceptable! I had taken part in a giveaway about 2 years ago on Instagram and while they made me a winner, they hid their story so that I could not see that I won and I finally learned it by chance from a friend of mine who saw the draw. When I contacted them they avoided answering me because I could not see the story, they immediately asked me my details and charged me 15 € for shipping. When I finally received the "gift" I realized that the bear they sent me had nothing to do with the size of the bear they gave at the giveaway. Plain mockery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! FOR THE 2ND YEAR IN A ROW!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! LATE DELIVERY AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME ON VALENTINE'S, AND WRONG ITEM FROM WHAT I ORDERED!! THE DELIVERY CAME A DAY LATER!! AND NOT EVEN A REFUND!! I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE A JOKE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium flowers with NOT premium services. Not the same flowers that i ordered cause they have run out of them. Never asked if I wanted different ones. Order was placed one week in advance and they had a lot of time to communicate with me. Also they send them on a different date. 0 out of 2. And the only thing that I heard was apologies. Nor compensation neither a proposition to keep me as a customer from their side. Not a good service.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the artificial flower letterbox with led lights and crystals. Extremely misleading advertising. Insane price for the actual quality of the item. Presented as a luxury item when in fact it's the cheapest and worst quality of plastic and artificial flowers. The box looks pretty, however mine had a small tear on the lid. I would not recommend to anyone.
