Very sweet atmosphere and very kind personal?

This is our last evening, and we are really sad to leave. The hotel is directly at the beach with a beautiful blue water. Theres also a swimming pool you can use, because it ain't main season, we had the pool all for ourselves. The rooms are not that big, but thats okay and we knew that, when we booked the hotel. What was most amazing, was the hotel staff - thank you for everything!!! Especially Veronika on the reception, who did like everything for us, answered every question, gave us usefull recommandations about where to go on Chalkidiki, ordered us a doctor for covid Test for leaving, ordered a lunchpaket for our last day and just everything!!! If you read this, we would like to wish you all the best and hope to see each other again :-) Also to all the other personal, like Maria for example, thank you for your friendliness!!! You all were awesome and we enyojed our holiday so much! :-))))

I have already submitted a review but I feel obligated to correct some things First of all the front office personnel was not as professional as expected,she has since apologized wholeheartedly and even went the extra mile to give us a small going away gift ,second ,the cleaning personnel was very nice ,the room was kept up and cleaned daily and the beds were made,the towels were change and toiletries were filled ,all the waiters and waitresses especially Maria and Vladimiros were spot on and very helpful inspite of the extreme heat ,the manager tried giving us a table to make up for the miscommunication of the personnel that resulted in us having to wait outside in the extreme heat ,however …he failed to tell us that we had to pay extra for our food 40 euros extra ,is not a big deal but it seems the lack of information. On the personnel starting from the workers to the manger and owner does result on the upsetting of the costumers …..when the owner came and took to our room he never informed us of the time on the breakfast ,any events or surrounding areas…..they were however very nice in contact …..I feel the hotel will do even better if they tried informing customers better on and pre arrival …. I thank you for your great attitude however and your impeccable rooms ….

Very clean hotel, well situated and maintained, good food, but most important - excellent service from polite, young and smiling staff!

Not worthy for the price (70eur/night - in full season is upper than 100/night). Doesn't qualifies to 4stars it claims to have. Bad things: The room was super small, the shower didn't work properly and almost all the time we had to wash with cold water. They didn't want to upgrade us to a bigger room, even though the hotel was pretty much empty. We had a poor breakfast - every day the same few things - pics attached with breakfast for 2 - and starting the second day of our staying, they charged us for the orange juice and the second coffee we had (which they gave it for free at the beginning) ?. The staff was faking hospitality, asking repeatedly if everything is fine, I think they were somehow frightened by the managers. The bar wasn't opened either, we had to buy water & drinks from the supermarket and bring it to the hotel. Good things: sea view, with easy access to the beach and the sea. When it's windy, the swimming pool in the garden is a great option. Location is close to the supermarket and other Kassandra points you want to visit by car. We appreciated the goodbye gift from the director - some oregano spices - but unfortunately the damage was already done. Definitely won't chose again.

Amazing beach atmosphere! Amazing see view! Amazing personal! AMAZING CHEF! It's a MUST to eat in this location. The Chef is a 5* level, so you will be treated like a VIP with the food from this location. Very, very good and tasty, too! We are very happy that we had the chance to try this place. P.S. -Try the tuna fish and make the difference!

I booked on the phone 1 room for 2 night, when I arrived there the receptionist with who I was talking told me that my room was booked by someone else online while we was talking...so they don't have rooms for 2 nights ,I agree to take 1 night in 1 room and second night in another room and he told me that because of the policy of the hotel they can not give me 1 night here and 1 night another room because of the housekeeping...well should I waist my time in my holiday and book another hotel ? That's your job to sort me out if you doing a mistake and if u didn't let me know. In the end the manager came and of course gave us 1 room for 1 night and booked the second one but second night I preferred to sleep somewhere else . I didn't like the customer service what he gave me .
