★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση. Είχαμε κάνει κράτηση με την blue star ferries και αλλάξαμε την ημερομηνία του ταξιδιού. Οπότε πήγαμε το πρωί να παραλάβουμε τα καινούρια εισιτήρια. Ήμασταν τέσσερα άτομα τα δυο είχαν πάει ήδη από την προηγούμενη μέρα και παρέλαβαν τα εισιτήρια τους και εμείς την επομένη που πήγαμε να πάρουμε τα δικά μας,μας έλεγαν ότι τα πήραν χθες τα άλλα δυο άτομα και τα δικά μας χωρίς βέβαια αυτό να συμβαίνει. Η κυρία στο γραφείο μπροστά επέμενε ότι δε μπορεί να μας εκδώσει τα εισιτήρια μας και μάλιστα μας είπε να βγάλουμε καινούρια και να πληρώσουμε ξανά το αντίτιμο. Μετά από αρκετή ώρα που δεν βγάζαμε άκρη μαζί της ευτυχώς μια άλλη κυρία από το γραφείο μπήκε από το δικό της υπολογιστή και τα εκτύπωσε μέσα σε ένα λεπτό. Μας καθυστέρησαν ενα εικοσάλεπτο χωρίς ουσιαστικό λόγο με αποτέλεσμα να φύγουμε από το γραφείο τους πέντε λεπτά πριν την αναχώρηση του πλοίου λέγοντάς μας κιόλας «Τώρα τρέξτε». Το λιγότερο που έχω να πω είναι ότι είναι απαράδεκτοι και καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί. Απογοητευτικό για μια τόσο μεγάλη και γνωστή εταιρεία.
The worst service. We had booked with blue star ferries and changed the date of the trip. So we went in the morning to pick up the new tickets. We were four people the two had already gone the day before and got their tickets and we the next day we went to get ours, they told us they got the other two and ours yesterday without it happening. The lady in the office in front insisted that she could not give us our tickets and even told us to get a new one and pay again. After quite some time we were not happy with her another lady from the office came in from her own computer and printed them out in a minute. We were delayed for twenty minutes without any reason, so we left their office five minutes before leaving the ship telling us to "Run Now". The least I can say is that it is unacceptable at all helpful. Disappointing for such a great and well known company.
