Και αφού στο τελευταίο τηλεφώνημα αγανάκτησα και τους είπα ανοιχτά εάν θέλουν το λαδάκι τους (για να κάνουν επιτέλους την αίτηση) με διώξανε με την πρώτη κουβέντα μετά από τόσα χρόνια που με παιδεύαν χωρίς ούτε ένα συγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία (χωρίς εννοείται να χρησιμοποιήσω ακατάλληλες λέξεις) και μη υπολογίζοντας τον ενεργειακό επιθεωρητή τους που ήμουν και σε αυτόν πελάτης του.....
DON'T USE THEM SOUND OR CANNOT SUPPLY WHAT YOU WILL SELL ........... It's the former Neon Energy and has been suffering from it twice, saving it at home and that is, I have been suffering for about 6 years.
And after the last phone call I was outraged and told them openly if they want their oil (to finally make the request) they kicked me out with the first chatter after so many years of teaching me with no apologies for the hassle (no pointless use of words ) and not counting their energy inspector who was also my client .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι τραγικοί στο service δίχως ντροπή να εμπαίζουν τους πελάτες και να τους υπόσχονται ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν χωρίς να το κάνουν ποτέ ή με 5 μήνες καθυστέρηση. Μετά απο επανειλημμένα και επίμονα τηλέφωνα όλο το διάστημα των 5 μηνών η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν μπορούν να επισκευάσουν το πρόβλημα που υπήρξε.
They are tragic in the service without shame to make fun of the customers and promise them that they will communicate without ever doing so or with a 5 month delay. After repeated and persistent phone calls throughout the 5 months the answer was that they could not repair the problem that existed.
