Ιδανική "στάση" ανάμεσα στα ψώνια του κέντρου για ένα καφέ ή μια μπυρίτσα. Άμα πετύχεις θέση μπροστά στο παράθυρο επίσης, έχεις ωραία θέα στη πλατεία. Beautiful warm space with careful decoration, normal prices and a good range of products, polite staff. Ideal "stop" between shopping in the center for a coffee or a cigar. If you reach a position in front of the window as well, you have a nice view of the square.
A	Aniram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα cozy cafe μέσα στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης για να πιεις χαλαρα ένα καφεδάκι μετά τα ψώνια, αλλά από κει και πέρα μέτριο το μέρος, τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο. Εάν καθίσεις στα καθίσματα μπροστά στα παράθυρα θα εχεις μεν θέα την πλατεία και τον κόσμο που περναει αλλά θα είσαι πολύ άβολα. Το προσωπικό φιλικό, αλλά δεν το' χει καθόλου με το σέρβις. Μόνο τα άκρως απαραίτητα. Δεν ξέρω αν έχει να κάνει με αυτό ο μισθός. Πάντως όταν παραγγέλνει ο πελάτης μπουκάλι κρασί είθισται να σου το ανοίγουν εκεί μπροστά και να σου σερβίρουν το πρώτο ποτήρι. Δεν συνέβη. Επίσης, όταν παραγγέλνει ο πελάτης πλατό δεν πετάς το σαλάμι πάνω στο πλατό έτσι χύμα όπως ακριβώς τα έβγαλες μέσα από τη συσκευασία. Φροντίζεις να είναι λίγο ευπαρουσίαστο, αλλά και πρακτικό για βρώση. Πως να το πιάσεις έτσι το σαλάμι με την οδοντογλυφίδα; Θα πρέπει λογικά να λερώσεις τα χέρια σου και τότε θα πρέπει να υπάρχει λογικά και καμιά χαρτοπετσέτα στο τραπέζι. Δεν υπήρχε. Επίσης, παρότι ενημερώσαμε ότι αλλάζουμε τραπέζι το προσωπικο ούτε καν προσφέρθηκε να βοηθήσει παρά συνέχιζε να μιλά με φίλες που κάθονταν στο μπαρ, ενώ και προς το τέλος που θέλαμε να πληρώσουμε ξεχάστηκε και καθυστέρησε διότι και πάλι μιλούσε με φίλες στο μπαρ. (Συνειδητά δεν αναφέρω το φύλο του προσωπικού). Επίσης, το πλατο ήταν πολύ φτωχό. Δύο είδη τυριού, αρκετά κριτσινάκια στη μέση και οκτώ φέτες σαλάμι αέρος στοιχισμένες σαν στρατιωτάκια. Τέλος, έπαιζε ακριβώς το ίδιο cd όση ώρα παραμείναμε εκει. Κατά τ' άλλα στα θετικά η καλή μουσική, το ζεστό περιβάλλον, το ότι είναι άκαπνο το μέρος, το ότι κόπηκε απόδειξη και οι ικανοποιητικές μερίδες ποτού. Οταν όμως ζητήσαμε λίγους ξηρούς καρπούς ως συνοδευτικό για το ποτό μας ενημέρωσαν ότι είχαν τελειώσει και ότι η παραγγελία θα γινόταν την επόμενη ημέρα. Οπότε... προχειροδουλειά βρε παιδιά. Θέλει μεγαλύτερη προσπαθεια. Συμμετέχετε σε προωθητικές ενέργειες για να σας γνωρίσουμε, να γνωρίσουμε το μαγαζί σας, να το αγαπήσουμε, ίσως να το κάνουμε και στέκι, γιατί όχι, και μετά τι κάνετε; Καίτε την ευκαιρία αυτή με λάθος επιλογές και χαμηλό επίπεδο υπηρεσιών. Πολύ κακό το μάρκετινγκ. Κρίμα. Οι προωθητικές ενέργειες στις οποίες συμμετέχετε είναι ένα μέσο να διαφημιστεί η επιχείρηση και οι υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει και δεν θα έπρεπε να τις αντιλαμβάνεστε ως "παγίδα" για να μπει ο πελάτης μέσα και να σας αφήσει λίγα ευρώ. Εντελώς φιλικά σας το λέω και μακάρι η κριτική αυτή να σας δώσει ώθηση να γίνετε καλύτεροι, γιατί οι προϋποθέσεις υπάρχουν. Απλά ο ανταγωνισμός εκεί έξω είναι μεγάλος και ο κόσμος θέλει value for money κι αν δεν το βρει σε εσάς, θα το βρει σίγουρα αλλού, γιατί επιλογές υπάρχουν και καλώς ή κακώς καλύτερες από αυτήν που εσείς έχετε να προτείνετε. Πλέον η λεπτομέρεια κάνει τη διαφορά και εσάς σας λείπουν ακόμα τα στοιχειώδη. Εάν το target group σας είναι άτομα στην ηλικία των φοιτητών και λίγο παραπάνω, ίσως και να αρκεί όλο αυτό. Για λίγο μεγαλύτερο κόσμο όμως που συνηθως είναι και πιο απαιτητικός είναι πολύ-πολύ μέτριο όλο αυτό. Θα χαρώ πάντως να δω κάτι καλύτερο από εσάς στο μέλλον. Καλές γιορτές. The promotions you are involved in are a means of advertising the business and the services it offers and you should not perceive them as a "trap" for the customer to get in and leave you a few euros. I am quite friendly to you and I wish this review would give you the impetus to become better, because the conditions are there. There is just so much competition out there and people want value for money and if they don't find it, they will definitely find it elsewhere, because there are options either better or worse than what you have to offer. Now the details make the difference and you still miss the elementals. If your target group is college-aged and a little over, all of this might be enough. E	Elena T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέτριο σαν μαγαζάκι. Ειναι για κατι χαλαρο μέσα στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης αλλα δεν έχει και τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο. Η θεα του αρκετα καλη μόνο αν κάτσεις προς το παράθυρο. Οι κοπέλες αρκετα εξυπηρετικες και χαμογελαστές και το κλίμα αρκετα φιλικό. Moderate like a small shop. It is for a relaxed moment in the center of Thessaloniki but it has nothing special. The view of the good enough only if you sit down to the window. The ladies are quite helpful and smiling and the climate is quite friendly.
