Μεγάλη ποικιλία προϊόντων , βρήκα φύκια , τόφου , μαύρο ρύζι , βιολογικά noodles , γάλα αμυγδάλου , πράσινο τσάι με γεύση βατόμουρο ,μαύρα φασόλια , μάσκα μαλλιών και καθαριστικό προσώπου όλα βιολογικά . Οι τιμές ανάλογες της ποιότητας βέβαια .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτο μαγαζι και προσωπικο. Ελαχιστες γνωσεις επανω σε βιολογικα προιοντα και πολυ ασχημη συμπεριφορα. Επισης ειναι αγενης και ηλεκτρονικα καθως ενα αρνητικο σχολιο που εκανε ο θειος μου του απαντησαν απο κατω οτι ειναι fake profile / ανταγωνιστης κ ετσι... Οτι να ναι πραγματικα, βλεπουν ονειρα οι ανθρωποι. Μεινετε μακρια ,μη μπλεχτειτε μαζι τους. Ειρωνευονται πελατες και ηλικιωμενους!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεχτη επιχείρηση! Ότι πιο μη φιλικο στον πελάτη έχω επισκεφτεί. Είναι μια ηλικιωμένη που δεν κουνάει το δάχτυλακι της. Δεν έχουν την παραμικρή ιδέα από βιολογικά προϊόντα και πουλαν πολύ παππα. Και όταν πας εκεί έχουν τη τάση να σε διώχνουν. Δε σε θέλουν να τριγυρνάς μέσα στο μαγαζί τους. Μη πατήσετε! Πολύ πολύ κακό! Υπερπανακριβο, παράλογα, εν έτη 2022 που όλοι πουλαν βιολογικά.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιχείρησα να κάνω αγορά με επιλογή - αποστολή με μεταφορική και πληρωμή, με κατάθεση (το ποσόν της αγοράς ήταν μικρό και οι πρόσθετες επιβαρύνσεις την καθιστούσαν ασύμφορη) υπαναχώρησα με λύπη μου, όμως, όταν διαπίστωσα στο mail επιβεβαίωσης, ότι υπάρχει μία μόνο τράπεζα για την πληρωμή, στην οποία δεν έχω λογαριασμό. Τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία δεν έδωσε κάποια άλλη λύση. Νομίζω ότι πρέπει να δοθεί η δυνατότητα πληρωμής και με άλλες τράπεζες δίνοντας έτσι περισσότερες επιλογές διευκολύνοντας τους πελάτες σας.

Θα εκτιμούσα, ωστόσο, μία καλύτερη μέριμνα στον τομέα «μεταφορικά, δωρεάν μεταφορικά και έξτρα κόστος μεταφορικών (πρόσθετα κιλά)» ως μία ελάχιστη ένδειξη υποστήριξης όλων ημών που ζούμε στην Περιφέρεια και δεν έχουμε πρόσβαση σε τέτοιου είδους φυσικά καταστήματα. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a zero rating I would. As a coeliac sufferer I placed an order for several gluten free items costing 74 Euro. On receiving the delivery I found that the gluten free granola I ordered had been replaced with an alternative product. On closer inspection I saw that the replacement granola contained gluten. I called greenhousebio who asked me to send the items back for a refund. I sent the granola back and was surprised to receive an email saying that I would be responsible for the 8 Euro delivery costs and that the company would refund 2 Euro. Firstly, I wasn't consulted or informed that I would be receiving an alternative product. Secondly, the replacement product contained gluten which is potentially serious for me as a coeliac sufferer. Thirdly, the customer service was appalling considering it was their fault. This was my first order and I definitely won't be ordering again. There are plenty of alternative businesses who appreciate their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ordering from them again! We placed an order a month ago. That means it took four weeks to arrive. I could have forgiven them the time but I ordered, specifically, Organic Soybean Fettuccine (pasta) and received Green Soybean Fettuccine. If I really wanted green pasta I would have ordered that. So now I have six packs of it and they have lost a customer. Congratulations on really poor service!
