★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικοί.....οι χρόνοι εξυπηρέτησης δεν υπάρχουν , ελάχιστη αναμονή 1 ώρα τουλάχιστον , θα καλέσεις να δεις που βρίσκεται η παραγγελία σου και ο διανομέας ή έχει πάθει λάστιχο ή τον έκλεψαν ή ή ή .....Παραγγέλνεις καφέ από την προηγούμενη μέρα μπας κ τον πιεις πρωί... Το προσωπικό δεν φταίει , το κατάστημα χρειάζεται περισσότερούς εργαζομένους .....
 Tragic ..... there are no service times, at least 1 hour wait, you will call to see where your order is and the distributor has either got tired or stolen it or or ..... you order coffee from the previous one come in and drink it in the morning ... the staff is not to blame, the store needs more employees .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το να παραγγέλνεις καφέ και μετά από μια ώρα να μην έχει έρθει και μάλιστα ημερα Σάββατο δε νομίζω ότι είναι πολύ επαγγελματικό!!
Ordering coffee and after an hour has not come and even on Saturdays I do not think it is very professional !!

It is not possible to stay two blocks below to order a club and make 1 hour and bring it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπάρχει ένα θέμα με τους ντελιβερι κάποιες μέρες ίσως λόγω του φόρτου εργασίας ή κάποιου άλλου θέματος και μπορεί η παραγγελία να έρθει μετά από μια ωρα.Πριν πολύ καιρό βέβαια ένας ντελιβερας ο οποίος συνεχίζει και εργάζεται στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα με είχε κλέψει στα ρέστα και όχι δεν έγινε καταλάθος,είχε τροπο και απλά μεχρι να καταλάβω τι έγινε είχε φυγει.Οσες φορές έχω πάει στο κατάστημα πάντως είναι ευγενικοί.
There is an issue with the deliverables some days maybe due to the workload or some other issue and the order can come after an hour. It happened, it had a way and just by the time I understood what happened it was gone. As many times as I have gone to the store, they are polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι πελάτισσα χρόνια και ειχα τη τυχη να εργαστώ στην επιχείρηση ως barista και μπορω απόλυτα και με ειλικρίνεια να πω οτι ειναι η καλύτερη και καθαρότερη αλυσίδα καφε στην Ελλάδα. Εχει vegan επιλογές αμέτρητες, τα τρόφιμα του δωριζονται σε φιλανθρωπική οργάνωση αν δεν πωληθούν και ολα ειναι φρέσκα υγειονομικά προσεγμένα! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους!!! ?
I have been a customer for years and I had the good fortune to work in the company as a barista and I can absolutely and honestly say that it is the best and cleanest coffee chain in Greece. He has countless vegan options, his food is donated to charity if not sold and everything is fresh health care! I highly recommend it to everyone !!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενές προσωπικό, ζητήσαμε φυσικό χυμό και μας είπε ότι δεν κάνουν ενώ ο πάγκος ήταν γεμάτος φρούτα και να πάρουμε από το ψυγείο έτοιμο "φυσικο".
Rude staff, we asked for natural juice and he told us not to do while the counter was full of fruit and to get from the fridge ready "natural".
