Παραγγειλαμε 2 καφέδες και φαγητό για Βενιζέλου ,δηλαδή σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση και έκαναν παραπάνω από μια ώρα να μας τα φέρουν. Δυστυχώς κάναμε και πληρωμή με κάρτα +tips για τον διανομέα οπότε δε μπορούσαμε να ακυρώσουμε. Επίσης τα καταστήματα δεν έχουν τηλέφωνο και πρέπει να σε παραπέμπουν από το efood . Σίγουρα δε θα ξαναπροτιμησουμε. Miserable service from a store of the metropolis in Thessaloniki. We ordered 2 coffees and food for Venizelou, that is relatively close and they took more than an hour to bring them to us. Unfortunately we also made a payment by card + tips for the distributor so we could not cancel. Also the stores do not have a phone and must refer you to efood. We will definitely not prefer again.

Η κοπέλα που κάνει τις σαλάτες ήταν πολύ πρόθυμη να με εξυπηρετήσει παρόλο που ετοίμαζε άλλα πράγματα, όπως και η κοπέλα στο ταμείο, και σε λιγοτερο απο πέντε λεπτά είχα την σαλάτα. a while ago I went to the store of the Metropolis to buy a salad with tuna. It was not ready. The girl making the salads was very willing to serve me even though she was preparing other things, like the girl at the checkout, and in less than five minutes I had the salad.

I admit that their breakfast variety and quality is better than their coffee. I would recommend to try it of course and that review remains a personal experience.
