Orange and strawberry fresh pressed juice - never expected that it can be soo good

I was made to feel really uncomfortable as staff made fun of the way that I spoke, what I ordered was only half-filled, I was also overcharged but that was fixed when another staff member saw my receipt. My colleague said she has had the same problem recently, I don’t think foreigners are welcome here.

Not good coffee, self-service, but personal disturbs you even outside, they clean your table during you are sitting. Toylet is painting and the paint smells strong and bad. They you inadequate paint.

Gregoris is a big chain, Costa, Nero style etc. The coffees are surprisingly good while the food is OK with both savoury and sweet options, some of them are traditional Greek products. The prices are reasonable but it's mainly a take away place.

If your from the UK it's like a Costa but tasty and good value for money. Gregory's Iced latte's have got us though our time in crete. The pies and sandwiches are also great.

If You order latte, you have to add milk by Yourself. Everyone smoking, no area for non smokers, people with cigarettes also inside. Cleaning staff will even move up Your things from the table, if You are sitting at it.

First time in Greece, first cafe we visited with my wife. We wanted to buy some juice, and the price on the poster (attached) looked fine. First we bought a couple of snacks there, and when the lady at the desk asked if we needed something else I said we wanted some juice. She charged my credit card for the snacks and redirected us to another desk where I ordered these 2 juices mentioned on the poster. When I was ready to pay the man who sold it to me said the total was 4 EUR, and when I asked why he simply charged my credit card, and AFTER THAT he said that poster is for a special offer which is not applicable in my case. I checked it thoroughly and the offer said it's valid if you buy anything else in this place for at least 1 EUR. So I showed him the receipt of the snacks we bought less than 5 minutes before we bought the juice. He didn't speak English well and couldn't really tell why it's not valid, the only thing he was saying was "it should be one check". I tried to have a refund and asked to call the manager, but this juice man just didn't provide any clear answer and didn't do anything, he was just saying the same word angrily (thinking I didn't understand him). Finally, disappointed with the service I decided not to spend more time on them, we took our food and drinks and left. It just looks like a fraud to me, and the service is not really client-oriented. A good company would apologize and provide the partial refund right away. I won't recommend this place to anyone although the food and drinks were fine. UPDATE: I contacted Gregory's in Instagram and described the situation. After some backs and forths they refunded me the money. So I'm changing the score to 3. Their customer service is good, but the place itself should learn something from my review.
