★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλό θα ήταν να εξηγήσει καποιος στον υπεύθυνο οτι η ευγενεια και ο τροπος που επικοινωνουμε και ενημερωνουμε τον πελατη ειναι το Α και το Ω. Εαν αισθανεται κουρασμενος μπορει να παρει αδεια. Εαν δεν μπορει να επικοινωνησει τους ορους της εταιρειας να ζητησει βοηθεια.
