★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy 10 bedroom villa run by a young friendly couple that offers a magnificent view of Kastoria and the close by mountains. Relaxing moments in the leaving room enjoying coffee or tea and reading one of numerous available books. Breakfast contains hand made jams and freshly made pies. Totally worth visiting for a relaxing weekend or to explore the near by nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there with my wife for 3 days in early December. Great hosts, helpful and friendly. Tasty breakfast with local dishes and recipes. Rooms are clean and cozy, beds are comfortable. We had a room with a fantastic view to the lake. Totally recommended and if you are a biker, the place is biker friendly !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole guest house is uniquely and beautifully decorated. The hosts are very nice and helpful they definitely made our stay even nicer. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake from our balcony was breathtaking. Breakfast was also really good, we had planned to stay for 2 days but decided to extend our stay for one more day. Couldn't recommend highly enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy and friendly guesthouse near Kastoria, with a great view of the lake. Very friendly owners, great hospitality. The best place to stay if your are on a bike trip. Excellent ride routes around the area, the hotel owners can help you find the best one for a motorcycle trip. Thank you Christina and Christos, for a great stay.

The place is beautiful with an amazing view on the lake.
The hosts are really nice, interesting and interested.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Nothing bad to say… really ! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An utterly pleasant stay! From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, I loved it! Super comfortable bed, spotless room with unbeatable views to the lake and the city. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. Don't miss the handmade pies for breakfast. Make sure you find time to spend doing nothing just enjoying the views. Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris and Christina , are great hosts who immediately make you feel very comfortable. This is not is not like a typical Hotel as you can find works art everywhere! Very clean ,cozy location with fantastic views over the lake . One of the very few biker friendly Guest houses in Greece, highly recommended!
