M	Maria Atzampou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω παραγγείλει μέσω e-food ένα συγκεκριμένο μπέργκερ το οποίο περιλαμβάνει αργοψημένο μοσχάρι και όχι μπιφτέκι. Παραλαμβάνω ένα μπέργκερ το οποίο έχει γύρω γύρω (απλά για να φαίνεται) ένα ίχνος τεμαχισμένου μοσχαριού και προχωρώντας μέσα διαπιστώνω ότι υπάρχει μπιφτέκι. Σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και πριν προλάβω να εκθέσω το πρόβλημα (προφανώς κατάλαβαν ότι αντιλήφθηκα την πατέντα τους), μου είπαν ότι για το συγκεκριμένο μπέργκερ έχει αλλάξει το μενού και πλέον αξιοποιείται ΚΑΙ μπιφτέκι μαζί με το μοσχάρι. Το e food δεν είχε κάποια ενημέρωση για την αλλαγή και φυσικά δεν πιστεύω ότι έχει συμβεί τέτοια αλλαγή σε τέτοιου είδους μπέργκερ. Έχοντας μάλιστα ξανά πάρει το συγκεκριμένο είδος, μου έχουν πει αλλες δυο φορές ότι το μοσχάρι συχνά έχει τελειώσει. Θα το εκτιμούσα να συνέβαινε το ίδιο και τώρα. Ο,τιδήποτε άλλο είναι υποτίμηση της νοημοσύνης μας ως καταναλωτές και ως άνθρωποι. Κρίμα. I have ordered via e-food a specific burger which includes slow-cooked beef and not a burger. I pick up a burger that has around (just to be seen) a trace of chopped beef and going inside I find that there is a burger. In a telephone conversation and before I had time to report the problem (obviously they understood that I realized their patent), they told me that for this particular burger the menu has changed and now a burger is also used together with the beef. E food did not have any information about the change and of course I do not think such a change has occurred in this type of burger. In fact, having taken this species again, I have been told twice before that the calf is often over. I would appreciate it to happen the same now. Everything else is a devaluation of our intelligence as consumers and as human beings. Pity.
