★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικός χώρος ,πεντακάθαρος,Οι γυμναστες και το προσωπικο ειναι φιλικοι και παντα προθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετησουνε και να σε βοηθησουνε σε ο,τι χρειαστεις. Με βοήθησαν να ξεπεράσω το πρόβλημα υγείας μου που είχα στην πλάτη μου.
Excellent space, spotless, The trainers and staff are friendly and always willing to serve you and help you with whatever you need. They helped me to overcome the health problem I had in my back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένας χώρος που απαρτίζεται από καταξιωμένους και πλήρως καταρτισμένους ανθρώπους, οι οποίοι γνωρίζουν πολύ καλά τι να κάνουν και πως να συμπεριφερθούν στην όποια φυσική κατάσταση των πελατών τους. Βρισκόμενη εκεί με ιδιαίτερα προβλήματα στην μέση μου με αντιμετώπισαν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο βοηθώντας με να ξεπεράσω αυτά τα σοβαρά προβλήματα και να αποφύγω το οποιοδήποτε χειρουργείο... Ευχαριστώ πολύ την κα Ματίνα για ότι έκανε και συνεχίζει να κάνει για μένα.
A space made up of renowned and fully trained people, who know very well what to do and how to behave in any physical condition of their customers. Being there with special problems in my waist, they treated me in the best way, helping me to overcome these serious problems and to avoid any surgery ... I thank Ms. Matina very much for what she did and continues to do for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με κήλη μεσοσπονδυλίου δίσκου και με βάση το γιατρό υπάρχει πίεση του οσφυϊκού νεύρου με πόνους στο πόδι (ισχιαλγία) καθώς και μη ικανότητα να περαπατήσω καλά, μετά από συνεδρίες με το εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό του γυμαναστήριου επανήλθα στην κανονικότητα χωρίς να χρειαστεί να υποστώ σε κάποια χειρουργική επέμβαση. Συγκεκριμένα ακόμα και από την πρώτη συνεδρία ένιωθα καλύτερα από ότι πήγα. Όλο το προσωπικό κατέχει επαγγελαματισμό και πολύ καλή επικοινωνία και με βοήθησαν αρκετά στο πρόβλημα μου.
With intervertebral disc herniation and based on the doctor there is pressure on the lumbar nerve with pain in the leg (sciatica) as well as inability to walk well, after sessions with the specialized staff of the gym I returned to normal without having to undergo any surgery . Specifically, even from the first session I felt better than I went. All the staff have professionalism and very good communication and they helped me a lot in my problem.
