Αρχικά δεν είναι απρόσωπο , οι γυμναστές είναι συνεχώς στην διάθεση σου και σου δείχνουν ασκήσεις ανάλογα με το σώμα σου , τις δυνατοτητες σου και το τι θες να γυμνάσεις ! Παρά πολλές εναλλακτικές ασκήσεις αλλά και πολλά ενδιαφέροντα προγράμματα σε αίθουσες. Καθαρός χώρος και πολύ σωστά και καθαρά αποδυτήρια ! Το συνιστώ σίγουρα ! Ευγενικό προσωπικό πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει, καλός καφές για τους μεγάλους και τυρόπιτες, τοστ για τα μικρά παιδιά. Κατάλληλο για παιδικά πάρτυ!
